- Fender frontman 15G amp Demo
Fender Lite Ash Stratocaster Demo
Fender Guitar has Seymore Duncans and a Double Humbucker in the Bridge. (Hot PU)
Amp has 8 inch Speaker, great practice and recording amp
Great little amp the 15G - I got mine for next to nothing and I'm amazed by the tone every time I use it - only problem with it is it's not a 15R - I love it
Yes I had to route out some of the wood under the pick Guard.
I love this guitar it has a great sound....the Fat strat sound is really awesome
The Guitar feels and plays great.....
Hey Buddie Im almost positive Gotah only makes one kind of locking tuner for a Strat style guitar,You will have to drill some small holes for the screws for the tuners, (Birds Eye maple is super hard wood) the drill diameter has to be smaller than the screw. I think thats one of the reason the guitar sounds so bright and sustains really well. The Black trees came off a Japenese Strat. that I had bought and since sold the strat but kept the trees cus they looked so cool......Thx Ed
Yeah man, I really love these little amps, I own two of tham and Im looking at another one right now. I think its the circuitry and the size of the speaker that gives it that Tweedy Fender type sound, Of course the guitar has a lot to do with it too. The one Im playing has Seymore Duncan PU's they are a hotter pickup. But Regular Fender PU's sound good too through this little Amp....
I paid $25.00 for this one and 35 for my other one, the one Im looking at right now the guys wants $40.00.
I had the settings all on 6, the volume varied but it was between 3 and 6 They are great practice amps and you could mic it for recording. Its not big enough to play at a gig. But the sound is really nice. The Mustang Amp by Fender is realy nice. I did a You tube on that one Check it out they come in 20 watt up to 150 watt!
This guitar is still my favorite guitar I use it for all my Gigs. It stays in tune and has such a varitey of tones it gets. I changed the tuners since this video I got some Black Gotah locking tuners that work and look great. Due to the fact that the pickups nad picgurad was Black, I thought Black locking Tuners would look realy nice...and they do, If you check my site and see the Modes Made easy video you will see the New Tuners..God Bless...Ed
I paid about 350.00 a year or so ago. You can find them cheaper on CL sometimes.
also look on ebay. Thye are called Fender lite ash Stratocasters.
I appreciate your honesty but it sounds so tinny The Amp....does it crackle when you turn up the bass? so much treble its giving me headache. Its nice to have clean sound but this seems like thats all its got. I know its inexpensive but without some bass its pretty much a wash
Nice guitar...have the same one. I see you change the tuners. Do you had problems with staying guitar in tune ? These stock-s are so-so for my opinion.
No, I changed the tuners to Gotah and the work good. Always tighten into the correct pitch never back away, its a physics thing...it keeps tension on string to help with tuning issues. also fenders wahmmy bars will put you out of tune, they are not really made for heavy wahmmy bar use..God Bless thanks Ed
By any chance, did you replace the tuning machines? Do you have any recommendations of what I should get?
4:49 what is the settings?
I had the Telecaster. Did not like it.
i have this amp and it sucks BALLS!
I like it for practice in the living room...that's all...it does have a clean pure sound for Stratocasters...
yea im getting a champion 20, its better and around the same size.
SHIT!
one of the worst amps you can have,I have it and I hate it,I can't wait to get rid of it...
