How To Add New Effect Controls Panels:
1. Add Layers
2. Add Effects to multiple layers
3. Select Layer
4. Go to ‘Effect Controls Panel’ to customize effect
5. Click on the hamburger menu (3 horizontal lines) next to Comp Name
6. Click on Layer Name (highlighted in color)
7. Select ‘New Effects Control Viewer’
8. Select 2nd Layer to View in new panel
