Ну Кирилл Сарычев эт прям русский богатырь✊🏻
The set up is so solid, that is the foundation of this insane strength, plus Kyrill has been built for this, been watching him for nearly 2 years he definitely is the best bench presser ever technique wise.
short arms is good build for bench. less movement bigger weights. that 300kg is still impressive though. 200kg would be nothing with that build.
@@taucalm Well, he did 203 kg for 18 reps in the past and he's also the former world record raw bench press holder wit a 335 kg that btw moved faster than an empty bar, he is genetically gifted but he also had the best coach Boris Sheiko that trained him
@@alexenache6942 how much he itself weights? 150kg? trying to figure how much I would have to lift to be as strong as him considering weight also. 203kg x 18 is xD If I can do 6 x what he does I smile widely XD
@@taucalm He used to be around 175-180 kg when he broke the record and that was 6,7 years ago, now he's around 140 kg he said that he doesn't have no will or intention to compete again due to the lack of money in the sport but also because of the mental and physical preparation required for competition.
@@alexenache6942 In my own weightclass that would mean I would have to pump 18 x 105-110kg to be as strong. No can do though.

serious power
Much stricter bench technique than Maddox who uses his legs to rock it off his chest.
Also probably is 100 pounds lighter.
@@RetreatHell518 His 335kg is just as strict. Maddox was still resting on his chest and jerking the bar up at that weight.

300 kg bench in a t-shirt. What a monster
Glad he's doing two reps with my warmup. Wait, we're talking 300 grams, right? RIGHT?!
at the seventh second for jokers and morons, the postscript "kilogram"
Re-racks the bar himself, places (not drops) the plates back onto the floor after the deadlift
In that kind of bench press form. Is it possible to lift a heavy amount of weight from the rack without a spotter?
He says its the biggest mistake you can make. Higher chance of injury for your shoulders, compromised form, and less strength to do the lift

There are plenty of people in history who you can say had potential but didn't go as far as they could've, but there is no way to predict the extremities of their potential capability. It's unreasonable.
As a rule, in a sport everyone tries to be the best, but almost no one succeeds. Everyone tries to break a world record but something gets in the way, maybe an injury or they approach their genetic limit or whatever, but the point is that EVERYONE has been going for _that_ bench WR for FOREVER, so saying someone could do it without substantiation (e.g. statistical comparison to other elite benchers) is just that, unsubstantiated.
It's unconvincing because everyone else tried and plateaud along the way, so it's unreasonable to blindly predict that eddie's would be leagues further than theirs. His highest bench is over 110 lbs away from the WR, and he does train bench... to me it's insane to say "pff he's got another 200 lbs in him" after he's been training with powerlifting movements and accessories HARD for a decade or two. He COULD be the first 750 or 800 lb bencher, but ALL THE EVIDENCE IN THE WORLD suggests that the plateau would be _somewhere_ in the next two hundred pounds.
In all fairness though, if you asked me to make a list of the people I think could smash the WR, he'd be right at the top. He did 575 for 6, 620 for 1 and if he'd been conditioned at the time, the aforementioned 6 rep set predicts he could do 720 for 1. It's reasonable to say he was in shooting distance of the WR (738), because becoming conditioned and putting 18 lbs onto a lift is normal for an elite lifter to do over a pretty long time scale, but saying he definitely could've put 180 lbs onto his bench is absurd.
@@letsprogress4124 I said "if he focused on bench".
I see him benching 585 for 6 rep, so his max would be around 680 pond, he said his gym pr was 660.
And we are speaking about gym pr not competition pr. In competition you usually rest for at least 1 week, so he could have done 680 easy. Without focusing on bench press.
So, between 680 and 738 there are only 58 lb, I think IF HE FOCUSED ON BENCH PRESS rather than strongman he could have break the world record 4 years ago. That's all
He just did this for an ez 4! :o
yes, he did.

Was I the only one who noticed the bar slide as he adjusted his position. There's no way the bar would slide right/left at this weight, just saying.
Man, this is an extremly strong guy and this is a completely normal movement on the racks.
Actually there is excatly a reason for it too slide at heavy loads, if it was loaded at a non centered position. My gym has these weights as well, and furthermore his arms are shaking as he lifts it. I would say real!
Absolut on point sir.
I am a 200kg bencher there slides nothing.
Only thing could be on jhooks with rolls. They are made for slyding like this.
Сложно даже оценить насколько это сильно
Ну, это 300 на 2. Вот
Esses russos são de outro mundo kkkkk
The spotter never touched....that bar had a very noticeable slight slide sideways before being unracked

Impressive but more like a decline press than a flat bench with that form

That bar didn't bend???
man, bars for powerlifting and weight lifting are absolutely different.
I won a bench competition when I was young weighing 165 and pressing 390. Yet for me to have done a double, I would have to drop the weight to 345.
Guy in my HS at 17 did 440 at 183lbs back in 1997.
