IDK about a hidden gem, but hu tao, furina, yelan, and baizhu has felt REALLY strong. I already ran a decent amount of EM on my hu tao, and the extra burgeon damage just puts the team over the edge for AOE. the second side of floor 12 was laughably easy with it. I want to try a different version with XQ replacing furina and nahida replacing baizhu for more EM+cores.

Also, I've been having a lot of fun with 1.0 throwback teams with on-field Bennett (no C6). Furina - XQ/Yelan - Charlotte/Yaoyao. Bennett with a crapton of EM in artis gets Atk and Dmg% from buffs, and go to town with Melt or Burgeon e taps. Originally made it because I wanted to play Furina in the overworld in a team with Yelans movement skill 😂 worked out better than I expected. XQ can be a must with the Melt version against enemies that stagger or kill Charlotte in her hold E though...
The best thing about this team is that Gentilhomme Usher, Surintendante Chevalmarin, and Mademoiselle Crabalette are Klee’s new besties. They’re so cute together

I wonder if it was your love for Klee that first drew your attention to theorycrafting and speedrunning to prove people wrong, or to find new ways to make a clunky unit like Klee just as good if not better than other units. Also, good lord those Golden Troupe artifacts brother...
Aah thank you so much for this 💛double swirling is kinda hard for me, since I tend to get lil panicky and button mashy, and I was not sure why I didn't get double swirl in AOE thank you for the swirl setup distinction! Now I feel educated
Tried it on the previous abyss, it was so good and probably my best time!! Imma try it on this abyss too tbh it’s a very easy to play team and it performs really good
@@jamiekb9v THXX, another thing worth noting is that furina scales better than xiangling with investment and other buffing methods, by example C2 kazuha actually benefits more than with xiangling which is already a huge advantage (for those c2 kazuha havers), and things like key of khaj nisut bennett if someone somehow adapts a rotation for 3 skills that EM buff also benefits furina, and furina also has constellations that make her stronger than xiangling, so for those that have luck on weapon banners or try to snipe early cons (by example i got kazuha c2 because i sniped and managed to win 5050 on his 3 banners, or key of khaj nisut in nilou banner bc it was with jade cutter and some ppl tried to snipe), the team just becomes a lot better with nuances like that!
I’ve been enjoying Klee Burgeon as 2pc 2pc atk/pyro dmg sacrificial fragments build with Furina! Since Furina gives dmg buff for my Klee, my build for her is not full EM. My favorite teams currently are Klee Furina Kokomi Baizhu or Klee Furina Kuki Baizhu.
From what I experience, mono-pyro has a slight upper hand on non-pyro elemental checks while Furina is much superior for the DPS checks. But yeah, I'm glad Klee has another strong team for her.

You have made Nilou so much more fun for me to play, and I enjoy checking out any of your content just for the enthusiasm and chill vibes. I really appreciate having grounded, researched TC content. I wanted to ask a bit of a broad question, so forgive me in advance. Basically, I have been trying to widen my understanding of Genshin's units, especially those that I do not own. Watching your videos has definitely given me a much better impression of Klee, who was a unit that flew largely under my radar the past couple years. Her teams honestly seem quite flexible and powerful in a wide variety of situations. My question then is how would you say Klee stacks up to Hu Tao at similar lower investment levels, meaning C0 no sigs, but we assume their best teams and solid artifacts. Obviously it will vary a lot based on the type of floor, so my question is whether Klee and Hu Tao will have performance roughly in the same ballpark on the average Abyss that features some single target and some multi target content, and if you feel Klee's flexibility and AoE potential could possibly even make her superior overall, even if she (presumably) falls behind some in single target. If you had to recommend someone pull just one unit over the other under those circumstances, looking purely at gameplay, which would it be? Or would you say their niches are different enough (single target specialist vs AoE generalist) that they shouldn't really be directly compared to begin with? I know this question is super vague, I'm just not sure how to word it otherwise without getting overly specific. Figured you were the best person to ask for this sort of question, rather than just form my own conjecture about two fairly different units I don't own. Hope you have a lovely day Jamie.
Hey I really appreciate the support! Usually if people like Hu Tao and want to main her I recommend absolutely saving up for her c1 too. It really is night and day. She can work well without Homa though. I recommend watching my pull who you like video 👍
@@jamiekb9v Fair enough, and I fully understand that Hu Tao's C1 is a massive QoL con that actually changes how she feels to play. I have definitely recommended it to other folks pulling for her simply because it can make her feel much nicer (setting aside that it's also a potential damage increase). I mostly listed C0 since I think it's a bit odd that Hu Tao tends to have C1 as almost a given when discussion is brought up, granted it's a huge boost, but it's still pretty significant vertical investment, especially for F2P. I was mostly asking since personally I myself don't actually want to pull for either unit (I don't think I'd play them), but it'd be nice to give a vaguely educated opinion to those who do. I 120% agree that folks should pull for who they like in Genshin, but I also think that performance between similar units can often be a tie breaker for people when deciding who to pull, especially for those who haven't been playing as long. Just being able to go "these units perform roughly as well, x does this a bit better while y does this a bit better" is nice. Anyways I get not wanting to make a comparison between the two (I agree that can be reductive at times), and didn't necessarily expect I would receive one, so fair enough. @@LinkThinks personally I avoid directly comparing dpses, especially when they use pretty different teams. there are bossing situations like seahorse where my klee team could one rotate but my hu tao team couldn't without a much slower setup. there are also chambers where hu taos dmg window is long enough to one rotate. but to elaborate hu tao really does feel painful to play at c0, whether you are casual or a hardcore speedrunner. you will notice players always use her c1 even if they use 4 star weapons and 4 star teammates.

I was thinking about pulling her at one point but knowing I'd need to pull her C1 just for her to feel good was a massive pain point for me (I have played Yanfei and I do not like that no stamina CA life lol). It's just an unfortunate downside of the unit, although luckily the solution is "only" at C1. I appreciate the input, thank you! Would you mind answering how problematic you think Hu Tao's (lack of) AoE is? Is it generally reasonable to line up all the enemies for her CA in multi target situations by using good manipulation/grouping, or does she tend to feel cumbersome/frustrating to play in those scenarios? Obviously there are some multi target chambers like hounds which are probably more troublesome, but I'm assuming the average chamber can be manipulated well enough?
@@LinkThinks we've discussed this in my discord server, but hu taos aoe really depends on the abyss cycle and investment level. she gets more universal especially in aoe with "dolphin invest" like c1r1 or c2r1 yelan due to increased frontload dmg and mob clearing. but at lower cost very matchup dependant
Ngl, im having a blast playing klee furina water dude jean. Klee's damage when vaped hurt so bad. Sometimes i replace water dude with nahida for some funny big explosions.
Well, obviously Klee is synergistic with Furina; they both share the same Ahoge 😂. Jokes aside, it's nice that now Klee got mono comp for AoE and Furina vape for ST. Moreover, there is Super-burgeon comp with Baizhu, Klee, XQ, Nahida; insane for AoE and shield breaking. Current Floor 12 is not the best for Klee, but Thunder manifestation and hydro Tulpa are coming next Abyss, I'll have field'day with Klee.😊

My favorite Furina team however has got to be an Al-Haitham team! Here is what I used and liked alot Al-Haitham/Furina/Baizhu/Kuki Al-Haitham/Furina/Baizhu/Yae Miko Al-Haitham/Furina/Prototype Amber Nahida/Kuki I am certain the moment we get an Electro support who could replace Kuki very well in a Furina team then this will pop off so that Nahida can take Baizhu's place!
Unfortunately no, sunfire Jean doesn’t really do much here since Klees pyro is sufficient and there is no element for Jean to react with. Kazuha provides a lot of utility and damage.

You´re a Dark Soul player? May im just misintepret something but hyper armor is a term which got used or even born in the DS community. Im happy that i found your channel. I love Klee since i got her occainly on her first banner. Now while she is C2 since her first rerun im still enyoing her. She carried me through many many event challenges and abyss runs. I use Furina now in kind of every team. With Neuvilette, Klee, Cyno, Frem Physical etc etc. Im so happy that Klee and Cyno got funnily a deserved buff with Furina.
yep, didn't cover it well. should have said that it has a big em buff that doesn't last off field but at least it does something rather than nothing with mono pyro.
I have found quite confortable to use Klee, Furina, Jean and Zhongli. Also I got MoD...which helps aliviate the dps loss of using Zhongli. The reason I made that team is because I use Tartaglia international that already use Kazuha and Bennett. However Tartaglia international is focus more on aoe. Meaning I made Klee, Furina, Jean and Zhongli as my single target focus comp. Adding that I can use both at the same time in the abyss, because they don't shared characters.
If Furina is at c2 would you gain more benefit from running Jean/Bennett rather than Kazuha/Bennett? Since a lot of damage is coming from Furina’s vape hits I’d think keeping the team’s HP topped up (so you don’t miss out on Furina’s drain) would be a lot more consistently high damage.
I'm probably not the first guy to think of it, but is Instructor Bennet better here for speedruns? NO helps only Klee, while EM is great for Furina and Kazuha (and his buff helps everyone). Or does it hurt the healing too much?
Replace benny with Baizhu or replace kazuha and benny with nahida and jean burning gives you extra pyro application with klee amazing application it will cause furina to Constantly vape Skyrocketing the damage.
Issues being she already vapes fine in the Bennett Kazuha set up. And losing Kazuha's grouping in aoe or Bennett's damage buff to Klee is not the most worthwhile tradeoff
@@FliponYT I suppose the benefits of each team would differ based on if it's single target or not. I've never really enjoyed Bennett with furina tho always felt like it required way more work that it needed.
what do you think about a burgeon comp with furina baizhu klee? klee applies too much pyro to generate seeds but that can be somewhat fixed with the fourth slot being an electro like raiden/kuki to overload, a cryo like ganyu/layla to melt, or a second hydro like yelan to forward vape

Madamoissele Crabrellata already outputs 20k vapes with this team even with her being lvl 40, lvl 1 talents, lvl 20 weap, and mediocre GT set. Excited to find out how her damage will ramp up if fully built 😭
If you use futina with kazuha you will hit deminishing return sucrose boosting em would prob work better but if you got a built klee you alredy got 90%pyro dmg and with furina you prob get around 15-20% more dmg but if you add also kasuha it bee only like 5% buff at max
Also the same could be sead about ayaka teams like you would use ayaka furina shenhas/bennets atk boost will give more dmg than kazuha and thats why every guide uses jean and not kazuha
Do Ayaka freeze Furina teams feel clunky in practice or nah? I’m kinda doubting it’s better than the Shenhe variant because of the way her burst works and the aoe synergy but I’m not sure if that’s just me
Isnt jean better in this team instead of kazuha? As jean will both heal and gain fanfare points🤔? And instead of benny u can take xiangling as she will also work as burst dps and klee's pyro buffer?
unfortunately no. and then in aoe you lose kazuhas grouping utility too. as mentioned in the vid the combo of kazuha/bennett is too strong it's better than trying to build more around furina
Furina + Klee + Jean (4pc for shread and instant heal) + shielder (as klee gets interupted easy) If you have C4 Layla its great as it also allows klee to Nuke frozen enemys. Kirara can be also used but....her power is locked on c6 (yeah mine is c0) Dehya also works, but its not idiot proof. (some stuff can still stagger you inside the field).... it goes give pyro res tho.
I dont have klee, also the kokomi and baizu The only healer I like playing is bennet - can you talk more about the bennet-furina teams? also i cant avoid kuki for the hyperbloom teams.
So disappointing that Furina who is designed at every point to be anti-Bennett still ends up with him as best in slot for a good number of teams anyway.
its not great but it still benefits furina when you switch her on field to heal + klee for the occasional vape she gets. but yes definitely not as relevant as furina and klees c2s
It's not impossible. You just need to spam a lot faster and kazuha's burst infuse pyro. But quite hard and loses heavily in terms of raw pyro because he was made for vaporise. You need to spam him very fast to keep up. Just use vaporise. Like furina herself can apply hydro decently fast enough to let diluc vape. Kazuha's burst might steal though so use his burst early to infuse hydro then Bennett burst then kazuha hold skill to swirl pyro.
not enough teamwide healers in this game and it sucks. people have gone 3+ years and still havent gotten jean. it took my 2 years to get me first jean, and who the heck is gonna pull someone like baizou just to pair with furina. IMO furina is just 1 unit who demands another unit, she's the 1 unit who takes up 2 slots in the party

yeah it's definitely not as good as c2 furina or c2 klee for the team. but at least better than how it works in a mono team! 😅

Level Burst for support, Skill for personal damage. But generally people would crown both.

Been Using a Team Setup Of Klee Furina Fav-Yelan and Bennett, the ER rotations are impeccable and great for Exploration (yelan Run and having a bow Character are so good) but when next abyss comes I’ll check how well Kazu Does~

hey, found your video while searching for klee furina, ive been experimenting with how to do klee furina well and glad to see someone making a video on it with similar conclusions. curious to why you prefer kazuha burst->skill in single target, is it so that his burst is applying pyro sooner? ive just been defaulting to hold skill->burst since it seems to universally double swirl

Im happy that i found your channel. I love Klee since i got her occainly on her first banner. Now while she is C2 since her first rerun im still enyoing her. She carried me through many many event challenges and abyss runs.
I use Furina now in kind of every team. With Neuvilette, Klee, Cyno, Frem Physical etc etc. Im so happy that Klee and Cyno got funnily a deserved buff with Furina.

yep, didn't cover it well. should have said that it has a big em buff that doesn't last off field but at least it does something rather than nothing with mono pyro.

Being a Klee main is rough when you also don't like using Bennett 😥
experiment with the team that works for you! maybe burgeon or furina/jean are some ideas
You can try klee,thoma/dehya,furina,jean c2 preferrably or the good ol klee,furina,yelan,zhongli. maybe try klee furina nahida baizhu
I never use Bennett. I use furina/jean and the last is flex of dehya, albedo, yae, or a dendro character

I have found quite confortable to use Klee, Furina, Jean and Zhongli. Also I got MoD...which helps aliviate the dps loss of using Zhongli.
The reason I made that team is because I use Tartaglia international that already use Kazuha and Bennett. However Tartaglia international is focus more on aoe. Meaning I made Klee, Furina, Jean and Zhongli as my single target focus comp. Adding that I can use both at the same time in the abyss, because they don't shared characters.
Does that kazuha double swirl technique work with c5 bennett?

Tested this team. It's nice but coppelia is so annoying with klee being squishy.

If Furina is at c2 would you gain more benefit from running Jean/Bennett rather than Kazuha/Bennett? Since a lot of damage is coming from Furina’s vape hits I’d think keeping the team’s HP topped up (so you don’t miss out on Furina’s drain) would be a lot more consistently high damage.

I'm probably not the first guy to think of it, but is Instructor Bennet better here for speedruns? NO helps only Klee, while EM is great for Furina and Kazuha (and his buff helps everyone). Or does it hurt the healing too much?
This is nice. Don't have kazuha so my copium Sucrose replacement em buff will actually do something. Might still run ttds though
Replace benny with Baizhu or replace kazuha and benny with nahida and jean burning gives you extra pyro application with klee amazing application it will cause furina to Constantly vape Skyrocketing the damage.
Issues being she already vapes fine in the Bennett Kazuha set up. And losing Kazuha's grouping in aoe or Bennett's damage buff to Klee is not the most worthwhile tradeoff

@@FliponYT I suppose the benefits of each team would differ based on if it's single target or not. I've never really enjoyed Bennett with furina tho always felt like it required way more work that it needed.

Personally, i switch Kazuha with Jean for a sunfire effects
klee applies so much pyro that sunfire is really not necessary in this team tho

what do you think about a burgeon comp with furina baizhu klee? klee applies too much pyro to generate seeds but that can be somewhat fixed with the fourth slot being an electro like raiden/kuki to overload, a cryo like ganyu/layla to melt, or a second hydro like yelan to forward vape
haven't tested it yet but I liked klee baizhu nahida xingqiu in previous abysses!
Klee Furina Kokomi Baizhu, Klee Furina Kuki Baizhu has been a really comfortable burgeon team to play in my opinion ✨

unfortunately no the dmg isn't comparable to this one. but its a different playstyle if you want to play it!

Do you think you could reach enough healing with Healing Bonus/HP/HP on Bennett while keeping the Noblesse set for the 4 piece buff?

Madamoissele Crabrellata already outputs 20k vapes with this team even with her being lvl 40, lvl 1 talents, lvl 20 weap, and mediocre GT set.

If you use futina with kazuha you will hit deminishing return sucrose boosting em would prob work better but if you got a built klee you alredy got 90%pyro dmg and with furina you prob get around 15-20% more dmg but if you add also kasuha it bee only like 5% buff at max
And like its prob all becouse off just vv set not elemental dmg
Also the same could be sead about ayaka teams like you would use ayaka furina shenhas/bennets atk boost will give more dmg than kazuha and thats why every guide uses jean and not kazuha
Unfortunately no, kazuhas grouping, double swirl setup, suction for Klee, shorter cooldowns and personal dmg is still much preferred to sucrose.

Do Ayaka freeze Furina teams feel clunky in practice or nah? I’m kinda doubting it’s better than the Shenhe variant because of the way her burst works and the aoe synergy but I’m not sure if that’s just me

unfortunately no. and then in aoe you lose kazuhas grouping utility too. as mentioned in the vid the combo of kazuha/bennett is too strong it's better than trying to build more around furina

Furina + Klee + Jean (4pc for shread and instant heal) + shielder (as klee gets interupted easy)
If you have C4 Layla its great as it also allows klee to Nuke frozen enemys.
Kirara can be also used but....her power is locked on c6 (yeah mine is c0)
Dehya also works, but its not idiot proof. (some stuff can still stagger you inside the field).... it goes give pyro res tho.

I recommend joining my discord server. It has a very active speedrun channel where players regularly share exciting runs from all sorts of teams

So disappointing that Furina who is designed at every point to be anti-Bennett still ends up with him as best in slot for a good number of teams anyway.
Furina is not the on fielder so she doesnt benefit from Kazuha's C2.
I only see this team being strictly better than mono pyro for single target tbh.
its not great but it still benefits furina when you switch her on field to heal + klee for the occasional vape she gets. but yes definitely not as relevant as furina and klees c2s

Diluc doesnt have enough pyro application by himself. you would need sunfire (jean/bennet) or a dendro for burning.
It's not impossible. You just need to spam a lot faster and kazuha's burst infuse pyro.
But quite hard and loses heavily in terms of raw pyro because he was made for vaporise. You need to spam him very fast to keep up.
Just use vaporise. Like furina herself can apply hydro decently fast enough to let diluc vape. Kazuha's burst might steal though so use his burst early to infuse hydro then Bennett burst then kazuha hold skill to swirl pyro.
It works differently, instead you vape dilucs hits, Search Pulyn on UA-cam for diluc furina gameplay! 👍

not enough teamwide healers in this game and it sucks. people have gone 3+ years and still havent gotten jean. it took my 2 years to get me first jean, and who the heck is gonna pull someone like baizou just to pair with furina. IMO furina is just 1 unit who demands another unit, she's the 1 unit who takes up 2 slots in the party
Can Yanfei work in this team variation?
She doesnt have enough pyro application by herself. You would need to run sunfire or burning.
