Like Aloy is, literally, a Cryo Bow Main DPS and Yanfei can hit EVERYTHING in one shot without needing to actually aim. Of course, we can say all this, but we don't know who has built and to what degree. Like I don't have my Aloy built so I wouldn't use her for this challenge. It would be interesting to know which of the characters on the "Below 5% Pick Rate" List Moga actually has built because there are a LOT of Heavy Hitters on that list and the only one Moga tried was Itto.
I used Baizhu instead of Nahida for all of my dendro teams from his first banner to now (just got her). Now I can use dendro teams both sides! But yeah I don’t know why he said there weren’t good dendro options he had like all of the dendro four stars. Nahida is not necessary at all, just ridiculously good.
An underleveled unit that synergizes with your team will always outperformed a raised unit that has no synergy. Yaoyao was the defining factor in your Wenut success. Don't overlook her.
I was looking for someone to mention yaoyao. She doesn’t even need to be leveled because she’ll still heal more than enough and isn’t the damage in the reaction.
These are not the worst units, these percentages are the amount of usage of characters in relation to number of all players that own the said character, (for example, if only 2 people have a said character and both of them use the character, the usage of that character would be 100%) so 4 stars are naturally in a disadvantage, since most people have them already, when you get a 5 star you tend to use them more and less people have certain 5 stars. Also the sample size for this tier list is only like around 150-200K
Some people also use characters due to their ease of use, recency bias, 5*>4* mentality and likeability. For example there is no reason to ever place sucrose as one of the worst characters, same with Gaming, Rosaria, Yaoyao and beidou. It's probably due to the popular must equal good mentality, that people still struggle with the abyss and feel that they need to spend.

There is a very easy way to keep the robots in chamber 3 close together: Just attack the ranged one. There is always one ranged and one melee robot. If you attack the melee one, the ranged one will just shoot you from afar. But if you attack the ranged one, the melee robot has to approach, so then you can hit both at once.

After watching this video again I think one of the biggest tragedies is the fact before you lost your sanity, you were using Yun Jin with Itto. She essentially did nothing but generate particles 💀
Seeing that roster, I think Beidou aggrevate would probably be very good for 1st half. It's always 2 enemies which is the perfect condition for Beidou's burst
The usage rate list is just a usage rate list and not meant to be taken seriously. I love Yanfei and used her a lot. She’s not the best but with the right supports she does great. Unfortunately no good support is in the same c tier.
It's so crazy to me that he has played this game for so long, makes videos on every character, and still misunderstands them to this extent 😅 Even a level 20 Yaoyao would have been infinitely better than your level 90 Collei, let alone a level 70 Yaoyao, because her dendro application would have been 3x as good, which is more important than the negligible damage Collei provided. And her dendro app is not energy-gated. Plus she can heal well if you put some decent gear on her, negating your need for the deadweight Sayu and running someone more offensive like Sucrose. It pained me how many times you were DPSing on Keqing without any actual quicken. Also, you drove yourself crazy too early by requiring a full 3 star clear of each chamber. Keep in you mind you use mostly constellated 5 stars with 5 star weapons to clear regularly. We don't expect the same from characters you don't use. I think I've seen this film before though...
Collei with cons isn't energy gated either, as her elemental skill creates an aura around you. Plenty of application for aggravate. But yeah, Yaoyao is the better choice, bringing more useful things to the team.

you could of use a bárbara-lisa hyperbloom for the bosses, i know is kinda dumb to say it now but only in case you ever do this again , full em lisa with high er and on field bárbara is good enough, especially if some has instructor and deep wood
Lisa sucks at hitting Dendro cores, especially against bosses like this because her attacks are always going to go upward. She’s much better as an Aggravate driver or support for another Aggravate like he does with Keqing.
The keqing burst without placing her skill first hurts me (she does extra damage if a lightning stiletto is out when you use her burst. And the stiletto stays so you can still get electro infusion)

It has nothing to do with her burst. I know it's easy to get confused because they use the name of the talent, i myself get confused by such wording because i don't remember the names sometimes. But checking takes literally a few seconds. Please check next time because players who don't know about stuff may end up believing wrong information.
Yeah i would like evidence of this, as literally nothing in her kit mentions this whatsoever. If that's true then it's baffling that nothing in the game tells you this.

Congrats on clearing the abyss with less popular characters but i think it would have been significantly easier if you used Keqing Beidou Sucrose YaoYao first side and Itto GeoMc Gorou and Proto amber Lisa second side (i'm pretty sure lisa can pop the wenut balls) or something of the sort
I don’t know about Navia, but Mika and Chevreuse’s aiming mode is a selector reticle, not an aiming one. Where exactly on the enemy’s body the hero’s projectile will land is at the mercy of auto-targeting derp. They can’t snipe a Ruin robot’s KO point(s), so they probably can’t hit a mostly non-enemy target like the Wenut’s balls.
you don’t have to hit the anemo balls in the wenut if you have an anemo character. you can just apply an element on the wenut then us anemo and swirl on him, he should go down.
Yeah, I thought that’s how that worked. It was so sad seeing him immediately give up each run after his Keqing ult failed when he could have just used a normal attack from Lisa and Sucrose
I would have gone with Dori instead of Qiqi on the top half. She's electro and with better elemental app than Qiqi, so she can take down the shields. And I'd probably have used Ning over Yun Jin. For the Sucrose attempt, should have put Prototype Amber on her, if you didn't. Though really, you should have just used Yaoyao from the start, level 70 or not. She's an HP scaler, she'd live regardless, and her dendro app wouldn't change.
Right off the bat this seems pretty easy ngl. Sure, being a theorycrafter Keqing main helps, but it's still not rocket science to figure it out. First half really doesn't matter, I would also use Itto. But Mika and Yunjin are normal attack buffers while Itto is a charged attacker, so I'd definately use Noelle because she has a shield and that activates geo resonance. Last teammate really doesn't matter. You could've also used Eula with Mika and Lisa, and it would've been fine-ish. Second half is.. also much more easy than you make it out to be. Keqing - Sucrose - Kirara. Kirara is a surprisingly amazing unit that noone uses (i triple crowned her because shes a cat lmao). She gives more than enough defensive utility, and applies enough dendro. Her Burst spread also stuns the mech-worm. Sucrose is great, because swirling any element off the Wenut in it's orb phase instantly stuns it. Swirl spreads the element, just far enough to reach the orbs. And because she's not skill or burst reliant, you can damage the wenut during it's pop outs before any big attack (those being the 3rd and 5th attacks ALWAYS.) The last slot can really be anyone once again, Beidou for defensive utility, Mika for healing, Lisa for Def shred, any bow user for the dragon, etc. And against the dragon; if you only want to 9* floor 12, you can 6* the first 2 phases, then use a team designed to beat the 3rd phase. You can use the Itto team for the dragon, Gorou shoots it and (iirc) he can't gain geo res, so you don't even need to shoot it's head to interrupt it. And if you 3*d the first 2 phases, you can just exit, do them again while taking much longer to gain ER and preserve hp, and 3* the last phase. It'll still count as 9*s.
Noelle also has bigger AoE than Itto, making dealing with the second chamber way easier because those assholes like to spread themselves out quite a lot. 🥲 Also, I love that you’re calling the Drake a “dragon” lol.
Jyo did that clearing tricks, but... I felt that was not I should be proud with when comes of using many team comps or characters for only each Chambers. I just... I just want to prove Keqing along with more ways to play with her and clearing in all 3 Chambers in each single floor.
two teams that would work here: keqing, yaoyao, beidou, sucrose standard keqing aggravate team barbara, dori, lisa, dendro mc hyperbloom team, lisa’s burst and dori’s skills can trigger hyperbloom and barbara and dendro mc can make the cores, barbara would be on field. you made this harder than it had to be 😔 you could also run itto instead of lisa for itto hyperbloom if you wanted..
I’ve only seen the thumbnail so far, and I clicked bc I use Yao Yao and Lisa EVERY SINGLE spiral abyss rotation- (Yao yao is C6 and I have none of the limited 5 star dendro characters)
yep, lots of abilities can get you out. keqing can escape with the thrust attack in her normal combo (4th or 5th, I can't remember,) kaeya has a normal that teleports him, rosaria's E, shenhe's tap E. basically anything that teleports you or makes you dash forward can let you escape. I think it's any attack that allows you to travel through an enemy will also let you travel through the cage.
As a Beidou main who fights the Wenut with her as often as possible, I’d recommend to build her for pain DPS on a 2-piece berserker, two piece thundering fury, and a electro dmg piece on the side and wolfs gravestone for claymore, the damage with Sucrose is top tier (I run a 4-star team for fighting Wenut in general it’s more fun that way)

Opting for Collei and Sayu over Sucrose and one of the two defensive Dendro options available to him made him struggle consistently. It was only after getting Yaoyao and Sucrose on the team that he cleared it first try.

It’s only because she’s incredibly niche and only helps a few characters. Yoimiya is basically the only unit who has Yunjin in their highest damage team, and even on those teams she’s replaceable. Down the line we may get more normal attackers who Yun Jin can truly buff, but for now, she’s stuck being way too niche.
the all time giga cheat for this challenge is to use a C6 Eula, in fact just getting her (off the chronicled wish when its back) is the cheapest mega cheat code in the game given her scaling.
I honestly can see these tables with the most used for the abyss characters isn't that reliable. I have ayaka since ages yet she didn't clear me any abyss 12 cause her teammates were not kazuha shenhe kokomi... now itto has chiori and his teams are much better because of her, yet people still think he got worse reputation in meta cause navia is "easy to boom a one big number" instead of slight aoe ultimate but I am that person who likes itto's play style a lot more. it's satisfying and rewarding, his def buffer is not a shenhe not a five star locked one he got his signature sub dps now and I wish more people were a tiny bit more open to dps that aren't mainstream for some reason

I have c6 Anemo and c6 Geo Traveler, mostly since I'm lazy af and haven't even done Inazuma yet at ar45💀, but that's from how much exploring I've done and gone around for everything I could grab. I blame ADHD, but good lord.. if I could c6 Dendro and still have a chance in the abyss when I make it there, I'm taking that and going full-speed ahead for it.

I love how almost a whole team of mine is in the C section. Its Itto and Gorou (i have been 36 stars the abyss with them since their first banner)

you could of use a bárbara-lisa hyperbloom for the bosses, i know is kinda dumb to say it now but only in case you ever do this again , full em lisa with high er and on field bárbara is good enough, especially if some has instructor and deep wood
Lisa sucks at hitting Dendro cores, especially against bosses like this because her attacks are always going to go upward. She’s much better as an Aggravate driver or support for another Aggravate like he does with Keqing.

The keqing burst without placing her skill first hurts me (she does extra damage if a lightning stiletto is out when you use her burst. And the stiletto stays so you can still get electro infusion)

Congrats on clearing the abyss with less popular characters but i think it would have been significantly easier if you used Keqing Beidou Sucrose YaoYao first side and Itto GeoMc Gorou and Proto amber Lisa second side (i'm pretty sure lisa can pop the wenut balls) or something of the sort
I don’t know about Navia, but Mika and Chevreuse’s aiming mode is a selector reticle, not an aiming one. Where exactly on the enemy’s body the hero’s projectile will land is at the mercy of auto-targeting derp. They can’t snipe a Ruin robot’s KO point(s), so they probably can’t hit a mostly non-enemy target like the Wenut’s balls.
Yup, and it sucks. Those things have cool downs, they should let us aim. More fun that way.

you don’t have to hit the anemo balls in the wenut if you have an anemo character. you can just apply an element on the wenut then us anemo and swirl on him, he should go down.
Yeah, I thought that’s how that worked. It was so sad seeing him immediately give up each run after his Keqing ult failed when he could have just used a normal attack from Lisa and Sucrose

I would have gone with Dori instead of Qiqi on the top half. She's electro and with better elemental app than Qiqi, so she can take down the shields. And I'd probably have used Ning over Yun Jin.
For the Sucrose attempt, should have put Prototype Amber on her, if you didn't. Though really, you should have just used Yaoyao from the start, level 70 or not. She's an HP scaler, she'd live regardless, and her dendro app wouldn't change.
Right off the bat this seems pretty easy ngl. Sure, being a theorycrafter Keqing main helps, but it's still not rocket science to figure it out.
First half really doesn't matter, I would also use Itto. But Mika and Yunjin are normal attack buffers while Itto is a charged attacker, so I'd definately use Noelle because she has a shield and that activates geo resonance. Last teammate really doesn't matter.
You could've also used Eula with Mika and Lisa, and it would've been fine-ish.
Second half is.. also much more easy than you make it out to be. Keqing - Sucrose - Kirara. Kirara is a surprisingly amazing unit that noone uses (i triple crowned her because shes a cat lmao). She gives more than enough defensive utility, and applies enough dendro. Her Burst spread also stuns the mech-worm.
Sucrose is great, because swirling any element off the Wenut in it's orb phase instantly stuns it. Swirl spreads the element, just far enough to reach the orbs. And because she's not skill or burst reliant, you can damage the wenut during it's pop outs before any big attack (those being the 3rd and 5th attacks ALWAYS.)
The last slot can really be anyone once again, Beidou for defensive utility, Mika for healing, Lisa for Def shred, any bow user for the dragon, etc.
And against the dragon; if you only want to 9* floor 12, you can 6* the first 2 phases, then use a team designed to beat the 3rd phase. You can use the Itto team for the dragon, Gorou shoots it and (iirc) he can't gain geo res, so you don't even need to shoot it's head to interrupt it. And if you 3*d the first 2 phases, you can just exit, do them again while taking much longer to gain ER and preserve hp, and 3* the last phase. It'll still count as 9*s.
Noelle also has bigger AoE than Itto, making dealing with the second chamber way easier because those assholes like to spread themselves out quite a lot. 🥲

barbara, dori, lisa, dendro mc
hyperbloom team, lisa’s burst and dori’s skills can trigger hyperbloom and barbara and dendro mc can make the cores, barbara would be on field. you made this harder than it had to be 😔 you could also run itto instead of lisa for itto hyperbloom if you wanted..
I’ve only seen the thumbnail so far, and I clicked bc I use Yao Yao and Lisa EVERY SINGLE spiral abyss rotation- (Yao yao is C6 and I have none of the limited 5 star dendro characters)
Now you know the f2p pain of wishing on characters than end up shit
Note: you can escape from fatui girl’s prison with pole-arm characters’ charged attack
yep, lots of abilities can get you out. keqing can escape with the thrust attack in her normal combo (4th or 5th, I can't remember,) kaeya has a normal that teleports him, rosaria's E, shenhe's tap E. basically anything that teleports you or makes you dash forward can let you escape. I think it's any attack that allows you to travel through an enemy will also let you travel through the cage.
That mental breakdown is nightmare fuel, I suppose that is the nature of abyss
Me who uses Dori, Noelle and Freminet as dps in my abyss runs and still clear it fully with all stars…
As a Beidou main who fights the Wenut with her as often as possible, I’d recommend to build her for pain DPS on a 2-piece berserker, two piece thundering fury, and a electro dmg piece on the side and wolfs gravestone for claymore, the damage with Sucrose is top tier (I run a 4-star team for fighting Wenut in general it’s more fun that way)

Not everyone has the same skill baseline and thats fine, i like seeing people take on a challenge and improve through it, thats enough entertainment for me on the side
@@zeseku1493It’s not the execution he sucks at. He doesn’t know how to make a good team to save his life. Opting for Collei and Sayu over Sucrose and one of the two defensive Dendro options available to him made him struggle consistently. It was only after getting Yaoyao and Sucrose on the team that he cleared it first try.

I did not know yunjin was that low.. I have her in every abyss for my yoimiya and shes pretty insane
It’s only because she’s incredibly niche and only helps a few characters. Yoimiya is basically the only unit who has Yunjin in their highest damage team, and even on those teams she’s replaceable. Down the line we may get more normal attackers who Yun Jin can truly buff, but for now, she’s stuck being way too niche.

the all time giga cheat for this challenge is to use a C6 Eula, in fact just getting her (off the chronicled wish when its back) is the cheapest mega cheat code in the game given her scaling.

I honestly can see these tables with the most used for the abyss characters isn't that reliable. I have ayaka since ages yet she didn't clear me any abyss 12 cause her teammates were not kazuha shenhe kokomi... now itto has chiori and his teams are much better because of her, yet people still think he got worse reputation in meta cause navia is "easy to boom a one big number" instead of slight aoe ultimate but I am that person who likes itto's play style a lot more. it's satisfying and rewarding, his def buffer is not a shenhe not a five star locked one he got his signature sub dps now and I wish more people were a tiny bit more open to dps that aren't mainstream for some reason
