The only time i read abyss description is when i somehow breezed through 11th floor with 9 stars and time to spare, because i usually get 6 or 7. Turns out one of my two teams was utilizing the bonus quite well.

As a Klee main since version 1 and one that has been using Baizhu, Furina, and Klee together since Furina’s release, I am so glad someone is finally giving Klee her flowers. She’s gotten so much better
I personally do the animation cancel where you do one NA and immediately hold to charge attack repeatedly which makes her attack faster. Once her stamina is low, I hold forward doing the repeating first NA attack animation while using her skill.
as a 1.0 Klee user (and slowly c6'ed her until the bottleland event), I also won't recommend her at first to newer and casual players. You have to really love her as a character and prepare to practice and get used to her quirks and playstyles. I may not be the best Klee player either, but I have been comfortable with her that it's already in my muscle memory with her attack patterns and limitations.
I firmly believe Klee has as-of-yet untapped potential. I mean, if you look at her kit, she’s basically Pyro Childe, and Childe is at his strongest when he’s enabling teammates like Xiangling in addition to dealing damage himself. Klee could do something similar if there were some character that focused on high off-field mobile Cryo damage. (Cryo Archon, perhaps?)

Honestly I think her biggest weakness is that there’s no good general purpose dps catalyst and she doesn’t have a signature to suit her kit. Every 5* is just an ok stat stick, none have great synergy with her kit. If we ever get a 5* catalyst that works well with her she’ll get much better.
I got Neuvillette's signarture weapon rolling for Staff of Homa and since I don't have Neuvillette the only thing I could think of was giving it to Klee. It makes Klee really powerful in Co-op since I always take damage and there's typically a healer on the field. My Klee hits with her charged attack for 36-48k. Each charged attack. Klee is pretty amazing if you ask me.
i've been loving klee so far, i've been using her in monopyro and it's really fun and easy to play as well looking forward in using her for burgeon just for fun
Glad someone made new guide for her it’s understandable how difficult it’s to use her since she’s child character who’s also catalyst but luckily Nahida and even Furina can push her into solid meta if you actually liked playing her.
Burn team with Albedo, Nahida and Yao Yao/Baizhu? Albedo offers extra damage, defensive utility through crystallize shields and an EM buff. Plus, crystallize eats very little elemental aura but still counts as a reaction to trigger Nahida's skill without interacting with dendro and doesn't create an interfering reaction to prevent burning.
I think something people need to think about when playing Klee is her Ascension stat is Pyro DMG Bonus and not Crit rate or Crit dmg like most 5-star on-field DPS, making building her a bit harder than say Lyney or Diluc who have 19% extra crit rate, or the 38.4% free crit dmg Hu Tao has making building crit that much easier.
I'm JUST building her and all god damn artifacts with double crit stats rolled to CR 😂 I've been blessed. And I gave her widsith and she's quite well balanced.
Wow, I literally just started rebuilding my Klee with MH and here is your new video about Klee! I also think the reason she doesn't have a signature artifact set is because she was originally planned to be a 4* and if you look at her base stats she has the same type of base stats as a 4*
Bennett - Chevreuse - Fischl - Klee is actually amazing and a top damage contender imo. They all fit in a 15 second rotation so Klee and Fischl both get amazing uptime and they do so much damage with the buffs from Bennet and Chevreuse. Use Chevruse only for buffs with E, don't bother bursting unless you just need to finish a few enemies off with her.
As someone who built klee as a joke using my leftover marucheese pieces, she is unironically really good, I was able to 36 star abyss with her at level 80 and her talents at level 5. Legitimately a really strong character, though with characters like hu Tao, and her playstyle being kind of clunky, idk if I’d recommend her to anyone, but she’s not a bad pull at all.

I understand people bringing up clunky when she was limited to mono-pyro, but it really is much less relevant in the Furina vape team and plunge variants. The plunge variant is obvious because it is a completely different playstyle and bypasses her targeting, and the Furina one because it just becomes even less significant for the damage. Even in without Furina, the combos really don't matter as much as people assume because her damage is much less dependent on CA than people seem to think. If you have the skill to do animation cancels it is a nice bonus and can make a difference in some situations, but even with optimal combos, (non-plunge teams) her skill and burst make up a lot of her damage.

Small tip from Klee mainer. U can use Klee's burst with shimenawa without any penalties by using her burst right after her elem skill. Some how burst cancels elem skill and it cast for free with working shimenawa bonus. Just in case, u can see it on my channel.
great video. I think Klee is in a good spot. If you love the character odds are you can find a role where you can build her to do the job and add value you to your account. She not essential but she's not where say Ganyu and Eula are where they just don't have strong teams right now.
Some little tips for her animation cancel and Kagura's buff. (Note this is not mandatory, rather some optimizations) -You can activate Kagura's 3 skill buff by tapping your elemental skill and immediately use your Burst. When this happens you will see Klee doing her Skill animation but she won't throw Jumpy Dumpty. It will count as a skill use for your Kagura's while still having 2 charges left. - Hold any direction before Using her burst. Her burst animation locks her in place for a little bit. But holding any direction allows you to move a little faster. -------------------------------------- Now some Normal attack cancels (Here is where you start to max her personal damage but requires some practice) Probably the most important: - You don't want to do the whole 3 Normal attack sequence. You rather do a chain of the first normal attack. For this you need to hold any direction then N1. Don't follow up into N2, just wait a bit and repeat N1. Here is where timing is important since if you do it earlier you will do N2, and if you do it a little late you will see Klee will start walking again (since you are holding a direction) The exact timing for this is when your weapon disappears from your hand. Ideally what you want to do is a chain of 2 Normal1 into a charged attack since you still want your passive to proc and get a chance to get the empowered charged. ---------------------------------------- You can cancel your normal attack with jumps. This is good for positioning yourself. Just N1 into jump Here timing has 2 different outcomes. If you time it A little early. klee will throw a bomb to the direction she will jump rather than to the enemy. If you time it right klee will throw the bomb at the enemy and then will jump. (Edit) You can cancel N2 into Jump, this will lead into klee throwing a bomb to the direction she is facing but this bomb will go faster so this can be situationally useful. Try to search for videos about this or in keqing mains to get some visual examples. Hope this helps you all.
Honestly klee is one of my best characters i love her. One of my current main teams is Albedo, Klee, Furina, and Baizhu and they can do some serious damage

I actually ran a Klee/Chevy with Raiden and Fischl in the previous Abyss cycle and cleared it with 34* on my first run so Klee/Chevy is definitely a viable combo. Might have been able to reach 36* if I tried but I typically only do a single run or two for abyss.
I run klee with a lost prayer and 4 piece crimson. Shes triple crowned. C5. She slaps with all the teams i put her in. Plunge Klee you want to use her jump cancels as plunges, its more fun too. I usually start her rotation with her jumpy dumpty skill, because of the c2 def shred. Nice guide tho man.
I prefer "ask Jello" edition more :) Also, I find Yanfei's playstyle satisfying enough for me to skip Klee, although my Yanfei is still at C5 (but she helps me clear the abyss since she was C4, her shield makes her easier to use during the rotation).
You should pull for and build Klee for the privlidge of buying and seeing the cutest skin in the game! But jokes aside thank you for the Klee content 💛Love using her with Furina and Neuvi's signature lol. Tiny but highly destructive characters will never not be funny to me 🔥boom boom (shoutout to me who also tries to jump cancel Yanfei CAs after playing Klee for too long)
I will say this. Who I wish for is based on what I like. Too many content providers just keep saying “you must wish for this” well no I don’t have to. I never wished for furina and never will. But since this is about Klee I will skip to the information that is helpful.
accidentally pulled klee right after kazuha and she had been my first and only pyro dd (or just used pyro char). her only detriment is her height, but other than that - she's not really that clunky. her animations are easily skippable (unlike some hydro sub dd 4*...) she's meant to be mobile and her team-building is intuitive. now i'm more of a hutao person (not a fan of pyro, until arlecchino at least), but my klee is decently built and ready for battle.
I remember back in the early days when they say Klee was stronger than Diluc. It may have been in certain conditions, but Diluc was just much easier to use.
I feel like klee's best team is klee, xingqiu, kuki and nahida. It consistently procs a lot of hyperblooms, burgeons and it's super tanky. Other teams will feel squishy compared to this one I kid you not. You also don't need to do any animation cancel or some BS like that. This team hasn't failed me an abyss run since patch 3.2. That's 12 patches in a row. No abyss to this day could counter it. This team always works... no joke.
Klee is not a character I recommend to anyone if they are pulling to get power for the abyss. Normally I recommend saving for key supports or go for a higher value damage carry that the supports you have can better cover. Klee is a lot more work and effort to build and play and I only really recommend if you really like the character. Don't expect a power spike for easy max stars in Abyss if you are already struggling before getting her.
hmm, but the bonuses don't work in last floor, am I rite? Usually I don't count those bonuses at all, as those floors where they count, are stomps anyway. It just mostly depends on the shields and annoyance (serpent bosses) with last floor encounters.
The Blessing of the Abyssal moon is the whole Abyss, while the bonuses listed for each floor is just for the floor. This Abyss’s buff was pretty easy to test since it is a true damage buff. I took Keqing on her own into floor 12-1 and skill teleport + plunged on to the enemy. It did one extra damage number compared to overworld.
Remember when floor 12 alternated between giving 0 energy and giving extra energy for a short while? 😂 imagine how the meta would be if that happened today
@@DefinitelyNotAFerretZero energy meta was powercrept: a lot of hyperbloom, taser, and burgeon can work without bursting. Ayato+Nahida+Shinobu for example, It would annoy me because one of my teams is Sucrose National 📉
never liked klee but forced myself to play her since she was one of my first 5 stars. Wish I knew what teams I could make with her now since I have plenty of other 5 stars and haven't used her in forever.
Around 13:10 you talk about double VV but i've heard that you can NOT apply VV to 2 elements at once, but it refreshes onto the most recent one, and that the "double swirl" term is used when referring to kazuha's way of giving your characters %dmg bonus of both the elements swirled. I'M NOT entirely sure about this, so i hope someone more knowledgeable than me in the comments can make this clear for us
klee plunge is best with shimenawa set + em sands. she's my most used dps characters on spiral abyss since xianyun released. she's fun to play and strong. i know hutao is better in this team, but i can use hu tao double hydro on second team now. i can switch team and both still can clear 36* about diluc, he's not my fav plunge character. idk claymore just feels weird in this team. and klee always beats time faster than diluc even my diluc is top 10% and klee is top 31%
It’s not ideal; she does elemental damage, has some stamina saving abilities already and Shimenawa’s Reminiscence gives 50% CA bonus w/ less hassle (I thought about it a lot myself lol)
They need to update the movement of the game, at least redo the charge time/cost of Catalyst charge attacks. Movement in other games is going to powercreep Genshin so hard.

Burgeon yanfei kinda sus but otherwise close. Yanfei also can vape much easier so you can do double hydro stuff with furina Yelan Bennet which is nice. I’ll do updated yanfei guide as soon as she’s back on banner .

Unrelated but was wondering if any one knows the answer to this I use keqing c1 in aggravate team I have ironsting r5 lions roar r2 and the black blade r1 what is the better option every time I look on keqingmains it only shows r5 weapons
There should be a how to plan your account video to answer questions like this soon (I think it was mentioned on the chronicled wish video) In a nutshell, figure out which character or teams you want to play, and pull for characters to make them better. For example if one of those is your favourite, you pull that character, period. If you’re just starting out, my recommendation is to wait for the 4.6 livestream because by then, they will announce the next 5 stars, and Kazuha and Neuvilette will still be on banner if you don’t care for what they announce. It’s very likely Furina’s coming back before the summer because they need to have Furina’s second story quest to go with version 4’s second weekly boss.
if you're not chasing meta then ALWAYS choose the character you like most as an actual character first. if you are chasing meta, IMO it'd just choose kazuha, dude is THAT good.
Pick characters you personally like over just meta chasing. You wont regret your decision that way. But always back back up plans in place for depending on how you roll.

Klee, my first dps back in the old days. Then Yanfei came and took her place cause she felt more fluid and fun to play even tho she is a 4 star

I read this 4 times and I was like how do you proc burn with a geo and 3 dendro chracters until i realized it was yao yao or baizhu
Actually, Klee's BiS weapon is Cashflow Supervision because it matches her Jumpy Dumpty mines.

I actually ran a Klee/Chevy with Raiden and Fischl in the previous Abyss cycle and cleared it with 34* on my first run so Klee/Chevy is definitely a viable combo. Might have been able to reach 36* if I tried but I typically only do a single run or two for abyss.

I run klee with a lost prayer and 4 piece crimson. Shes triple crowned. C5. She slaps with all the teams i put her in. Plunge Klee you want to use her jump cancels as plunges, its more fun too. I usually start her rotation with her jumpy dumpty skill, because of the c2 def shred. Nice guide tho man.

When charge attacking with Klee you are better to cancel her Charge attack into a normal attack instead of jumping. More damage that way.
I prefer "ask Jello" edition more :) Also, I find Yanfei's playstyle satisfying enough for me to skip Klee, although my Yanfei is still at C5 (but she helps me clear the abyss since she was C4, her shield makes her easier to use during the rotation).

Yeah I think my burgeon Klee team will be Klee Furina Yelan Baizhu. I just got her but I think that will make sense for me.
I will say this. Who I wish for is based on what I like. Too many content providers just keep saying “you must wish for this” well no I don’t have to. I never wished for furina and never will. But since this is about Klee I will skip to the information that is helpful.

My Klee has 1000 EM
accidentally pulled klee right after kazuha and she had been my first and only pyro dd (or just used pyro char). her only detriment is her height, but other than that - she's not really that clunky. her animations are easily skippable (unlike some hydro sub dd 4*...) she's meant to be mobile and her team-building is intuitive. now i'm more of a hutao person (not a fan of pyro, until arlecchino at least), but my klee is decently built and ready for battle.
I played around Burgeon with her by having Klee, Nahida, Yae Miko, and Barbara in the team. It actually works even though I did it as a joke.

I remember back in the early days when they say Klee was stronger than Diluc. It may have been in certain conditions, but Diluc was just much easier to use.
I have her on Lavawalker ever since she first came out 😂
I feel like klee's best team is klee, xingqiu, kuki and nahida. It consistently procs a lot of hyperblooms, burgeons and it's super tanky. Other teams will feel squishy compared to this one I kid you not. You also don't need to do any animation cancel or some BS like that.
This team hasn't failed me an abyss run since patch 3.2. That's 12 patches in a row.
No abyss to this day could counter it.
This team always works... no joke.
Klee is not a character I recommend to anyone if they are pulling to get power for the abyss. Normally I recommend saving for key supports or go for a higher value damage carry that the supports you have can better cover. Klee is a lot more work and effort to build and play and I only really recommend if you really like the character. Don't expect a power spike for easy max stars in Abyss if you are already struggling before getting her.
hmm, but the bonuses don't work in last floor, am I rite? Usually I don't count those bonuses at all, as those floors where they count, are stomps anyway. It just mostly depends on the shields and annoyance (serpent bosses) with last floor encounters.

The Blessing of the Abyssal moon is the whole Abyss, while the bonuses listed for each floor is just for the floor.
This Abyss’s buff was pretty easy to test since it is a true damage buff. I took Keqing on her own into floor 12-1 and skill teleport + plunged on to the enemy.
It did one extra damage number compared to overworld.
Remember when floor 12 alternated between giving 0 energy and giving extra energy for a short while? 😂 imagine how the meta would be if that happened today

never liked klee but forced myself to play her since she was one of my first 5 stars. Wish I knew what teams I could make with her now since I have plenty of other 5 stars and haven't used her in forever.
Around 13:10 you talk about double VV but i've heard that you can NOT apply VV to 2 elements at once, but it refreshes onto the most recent one, and that the "double swirl" term is used when referring to kazuha's way of giving your characters %dmg bonus of both the elements swirled. I'M NOT entirely sure about this, so i hope someone more knowledgeable than me in the comments can make this clear for us

klee plunge is best with shimenawa set + em sands. she's my most used dps characters on spiral abyss since xianyun released. she's fun to play and strong. i know hutao is better in this team, but i can use hu tao double hydro on second team now. i can switch team and both still can clear 36*
about diluc, he's not my fav plunge character. idk claymore just feels weird in this team. and klee always beats time faster than diluc even my diluc is top 10% and klee is top 31%

It’s not ideal; she does elemental damage, has some stamina saving abilities already and Shimenawa’s Reminiscence gives 50% CA bonus w/ less hassle (I thought about it a lot myself lol)
it's not about ideal, it's about haha funny. i think for domains with lots of enemies would go well
They need to update the movement of the game, at least redo the charge time/cost of Catalyst charge attacks. Movement in other games is going to powercreep Genshin so hard.

Burgeon yanfei kinda sus but otherwise close. Yanfei also can vape much easier so you can do double hydro stuff with furina Yelan Bennet which is nice. I’ll do updated yanfei guide as soon as she’s back on banner .

There should be a how to plan your account video to answer questions like this soon (I think it was mentioned on the chronicled wish video)
In a nutshell, figure out which character or teams you want to play, and pull for characters to make them better. For example if one of those is your favourite, you pull that character, period.
If you’re just starting out, my recommendation is to wait for the 4.6 livestream because by then, they will announce the next 5 stars, and Kazuha and Neuvilette will still be on banner if you don’t care for what they announce. It’s very likely Furina’s coming back before the summer because they need to have Furina’s second story quest to go with version 4’s second weekly boss.
if you're not chasing meta then ALWAYS choose the character you like most as an actual character first.
if you are chasing meta, IMO it'd just choose kazuha, dude is THAT good.
Pick characters you personally like over just meta chasing. You wont regret your decision that way. But always back back up plans in place for depending on how you roll.
I recommend Neuvilette. Kills everything no matter if it's the world or abyss. Comfort of life with him
