So best 4 year planning is
Year 1 : Exercise, convert 1250 stock options into stock and have 1250 stocks in hand
Year 2 : Sell Year 1 Stock and exercise year 2 stock, money earned from sell > exercise tax liability
Year 3 : sell year 2 stock and exercise year 3 stock, since stock price increasing again money gain from sell > tax liability from exercise
Year 4 : sell year 3 stock and exercise year 4 stock
Year 5 : sell year 4 stock
Now question is WHAT ABOUT SELL TAX LIABILITY ???
