Equity Grant/RSUs: As additional incentive for you to join C Systems you will receive C Systems Common Stocks worth maximum up to USD 10560 (Ten Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Dollars Only)
based on performance. These RSUs will be granted to you after completion of three months post your start date. This grant becomes vested over a three-year period at the rate of 15%, 35% and 50% progressively.
Additionally, the grant will be subject to the provisions of the company’s Long Term Incentive Plan and
evidenced by an RSU agreement in customary form. Can you explain It.

The future vesting get cancel. Make sure you should exercise all the ESOP before resign. Whatever cancelled, get the statement and requst future employer to buy it.

You are explaining RSU (Restricted Stock Unit) and not ESOP. RSU is granted by the company free of cost and ESOP is bought by employees at a discounted price.
