Any data on the percentages of foreign or domestic buyers? And what about buying as a home to live in long term, versus as an investment? I don’t have a property/real estate background, just curious. Good video. Thank you. 🙏🏼

Foreign buyers make up 3% of the transactions in the state. Japan, Canada, Korea and Taiwan are the top 4 in that order.
