I will be trying to do Anna’s stretch routine till I’m able to do my chest stand all the way to the floor and it won’t hurt!I Hope you will get motivated by this too so let’s go!
Day 1 ✅I’m pretty flexible so some of these stretches were pretty easy but they did not hurt as much!
Day 2✅I I’m a lil sore from yesterday but I’m good and a lil tired cuz I went to the pool with my friends today also!But aside from that it was a lil easy!
Day 3❌Couldn’t I was to busy with homework!😭
Day 4✅ not so sore anymore!!
Day 5✅I wanna give up😭😭
Day 6✅ I can feel my body getting my stretchy!!😊
Day 7 ❌hanged out with my friends!

I did anna's stretches you can serch: " stretches for backbend, anna mucnulty" , I didnt use any equiqment but a wall can defentlly help

as soon as this premieres I’m gonna try this routine right away! I love your videos and within 15 days of following your middle splits routine (I didn’t start close to the ground I was actually very far off) I got my splits! I have been stretching for 10 days since then and my splits have gotten even better. thank you so much for all the hard work u put in your videos so we can get flexible :)

I had my splits then lost then once again had and even though this is only my fourth day I can almost do them again and I feel so much more flexible.

This is an update for my stretching. Just finished my day 11. I had to skip two days because I hurt my hamstring and ankle. If you see this anyone. Just so you know, it’s okay to take a few days off. Even if you feel you have to go every day it’s okay to take a break. 🩷✨ And if you wanna quit doing stretches, just know your doing great! Keep going! :) 🌸
I have a question do you have your needle? And if so how many days did it take you to get it? I’ve been trying to get it for almost 2 weeks and still haven’t gotten it. Her tutorials have definitely helped me improve but I don’t know if I’ll ever get it
@@averylovesdogs4815 ahh I’m so sorry! 😭 I don’t have my needle yet. I’ve been really focusing on my splits and backbends. But when I do start stretching for it I can come back and tell you how long it takes!

Hi Anna, this is the first video of yours I've watched in a while (my school quarter has been crazy busy between school work, starting a new job, and moving planning) and even though I haven't properly stretched in a while, I decided to follow along with the video anyway. Although I had to modify a few things since I don't have the back flexibility for them quite yet (and am honestly not sure that I'll ever get because I'll be 21 at the end of the month and am unfortunately not that naturally flexible), I'm glad that I tried out this stretch routine. I will definitely do my best to do the thirty day challenge!

I know im late but your stretching routines really help me!I couldn't even touch my toes at first and now i can doa scorpian,leg hold,bridge and im supet close to my right leg splits im only 2 small pillows away!im working on my needle now amd i hope this stretching routine helps me alot
When I first started stretching I CANNOT do a backbend OR a backbend by standing but when I did your stretching videos daily I saw I improved!I can now do a backbend by standing and can almost do a teardrop backbend! I still cant do the splits but I'll do the splits routine daily and do your flexible routines daily too even. if I'm still flexible I still wanna be much more flexible and do your routines every day (if my back doesn't hurt). I was much more flexible and I can already do a cartwheel 9 times in a row and now I can hold my handstands for 4 seconds! All thx to you! I love your videos Anna and hope you continue and be much more successful and be the most flexible woman :D

Also would you mind doing an over middle split follow along routine. I’ve seen that you did a regular over split routine for front splits as I have recently started doing that one, but not for middle splits. It would really be helpful ! 😊

Am so happy,I have been following all ur stretches for 2 years now,and i can do a split,hand and elbow stand respectively,chin stand,backbend and triple fold. I really appreciate that,but am really finding it difficult to do any flips. Could you please help me with that

I’ve tried your stretches before but only for one day but now that I am a little older, and I am on a higher dance team I’m gonna try to follow this for 30 days maybe longer, but I hate the bow stretch so after she said chest stand, and if you can’t to the bow stretch again and I didn’t want to do I tried to do a chest stand and to my surprise I can do it, thanks Anna😁
