    I dont think anyone's going to see this, much less Anna, but... when I started stretching I couldn't even touch my toes and now, I can go all the way down like Anna in a pike stretch, and I can do the splits, scorpion, chest stand, elbow stand, handstand, almost a teardrop and more!
    I am so grateful for all the fun videos, stretching routines, and workouts! I love u so much Anna ✨💕

    One of the reasons I follow her is because she does not click bait. She is the only flexible girl I have seen on UA-cam that is actually helping out people with her stretches and does not just make a video showing her doing the splits for example and saying get the splits in one day. She makes us realize that it needs time and dedication for it.

    Hey Anna, I hope you will see this but in the past, I was NOT flexible so I was really hoping that your stretches can help because I’ve seen a lot of get your splits in 1 day videos from different people but that’s CAP so all I could think of come to your channel because you always help so much (also I got my splits from doing your stretches and got a lot more flexible from it as well 😊) have a nice day everyone :)

    Is this routine gonna help me in getting my splits????
    I am very thankful to you because I am able to do a back bend and touch my toes toooo. When I started I was just thinking if these stretches were gonna help me but only after one month I was able to do it!!!!

      This routine will help you improve your overall flexibility. There are some leg stretches in this routine that will help you get your split.     Hey Yall! So i Will be doing this for the rest of this month✨ to see how my flexibility improves🥰 before i start i Just wanna thank Anna with all these free strech routines that help tons of people to get flexible💪🏻
    Day 1 : ✔️ Amazing New routine, i really enjoyed it and it goes pretty fast, its really effektive streches for newbies. I Will prob Add more streches after a wile with this but for now i am Just doing this one✨🤩
    Day 2 : ✔️ Did this two times one at 2pm and one at 8pm and i have gotten a Little more flexible but not much✨
    Day 3 : ✔️ I rlly felt this one since i was with my Friend and we Basicly walked for 2 hours straight😋😅 så i rlly liked it⚡✨
    Day 4 : ✔️ My backbend has improved i see it! I have always been able to do a backbend but i have soon gotten my backbend like Anna shows in her video tutorial🥰 im so happy!! Ily Anna!

      consistency is key even if your results don't match what u hoped dont be discouraged youll get there eventually

I had done ballet when i was young and gave up right away because I wasn't flexible but you proved me wrong. I don't always have time to stretch but when i do I always do it! Tysm!

    Day 1: I can not do back bends not even one bit… well at the same time I can’t do the splits.. hUh
    Day 2: Some improvement? I guess it hurts a little less? I’m a tiny bit more flexible only a bit though… my goal is to do this for the whole rest of 2023! Also I’ve done two stretch tutorials…

    I love the last stretch, I love the music, this whole thing is just the perfect blend of satisfying, uplifting and relaxing for me. I never regretted starting this routine so far, even though I have been really stressed lately. So you are making me happy and flexible at the same time, Anna!

    Hi Anna!
    I'm 15 years old and I consider myself as a self taught contortionist. What should I do when I feel the back pain while stretching my back? I always have it for like 2 or 3 days after stretching too. I see the progress in my back flexibility but I don't wanna hurt myself by stretching. I've already tried not to stretch for 2 weeks because I thought it would disapear but it didn't work out. Also have you ever been in the situation like this?

      When doing intense back stretching poses, make sure to counter them with front bending poses, like child's pose. Back pain can also be a sign of muscle weakness. Try following this back strengthening routine, and see if your pain improves: ua-cam.com/video/o062bxRT1EA/v-deo.html

    I am in competition I do a spell your name workout challenge everyday One of your beginners stretches then I do your full body workout then walk around my house and I am nine years old I do that every day 😂😮😅
