I loved the first recipe! it personally gave me so much joy as a Mexican, We love making tacos out of anything, my mom loves the canned sardines. And of course there are lots of fusion foods out there as well, i worked at a Mexican restaurant for a time and we loved adding in some asian flavors to made the dishes taste even more delicious, Thank you for your content I enjoy everything you make and film. Between you and me I watch your videos to make myself hungry and actually cook at home after a busy day from work
Mexican/Asian fusion, be it Japanese, Chinese, or Thai, makes for some of the best food I've ever had. That and tacos should be a part of every culture.
They also look like Tokyo Market turnips, which are supposed to be milder and smaller. I can't grow them well though because it gets too hot here and they always get super bitter.
I love how with the first meal you didn't stop your daughter from putting what she wanted on her tortilla. And you didn't stop her from putting the amount she did. ❤❤❤❤
I have severe anxiety, and recently I discovered your channel. It’s helped me calm down from many panic attacks in the little time that I’ve known about this channel. Thank you for your videos :)
Hey. I’ve been there, buddy. Your feelings are valid, and things can and will get better. Stay strong, and take it one step at a time. You’ve got this! ❤
Their videos are so calming aren't they? I first started watching after getting a brain injury and it was so soothing to watch someone prepare food and still show the little mistakes like croquettes falling apart or bowls overflowing :) it feels so human yet cozy
I love this new spontaneity on your video! I feel like you're letting yourself be more funny, sarcastic and clumsy. It's really adorable and my heart got all warm while watching this. Also, I don't know if this is the first time you've shown your face on your channel, but you're lovely!
I love how she's not very strict on the things she does, like she's not trying to be too perfect and lets mistakes happen, showing this humble side of hers. Even in her past vids, they all feel natural and geniune and not trying to show this contrived perfect-cooking skills like how it is in some tiktok cooking-moms. xD please dont ever change Imamu, only progress for the better.
the way imamu prepares all the dishes with so much love and care to ensure they're healthy balanced meals, the way her husband always says "oishi", the way they always eat together, their adorable cute daughter..just so heartwarming. Thank you Imamu!
Imamu, I'm so glad you're still posting. You're videos mean so much to me. A couple of years ago one of my kids got really sick and we had to stay in the hospital for a week. He was almost 3 years old at the time. He and would whatch your videos together all the time. When he went into the hospital, I would watch them to thick about happier times. Luckily he pulled through. He is 5 now and healthy. He will still watch your videos with me when I rewatch them. Thank you for showing us a glimpse into your life and to see your precious little family.
Imamu welcome back! Also I'm Mexican and here's my family recipe for corn tortillas if you ever wanna make some again: 2 cups corn flour, 2 cups of hot water and 2 teaspoons of salt knead it until it's playdough consistency and set it aside for ten minutes then press them out and heat on a pan. Hope you enjoy! Oh also keeping your tortillas in a towel like a kitchen towel and a basket will keep them from getting too cold after you cook them so you can enjoy them for longer ❤
I have never been able to make round tortillas 😂 I’m 25 now and have been making homemade tortillas since I was a little kid (from a Mexican family) and still never have been able to do it! A FAVORITE snack of mine is homemade tortillas warmed up with butter spread on them! It’s surprisingly so delicious! Missed your videos! So happy you’re all doing well!! 😊
Your daughter's gap tooth smile is the best! That is by far my favorite age. That smile is so cute. They are still little, but getting bigger. She's adorable.
@@Ardiane1 Well, yes it is. Your white radishes are turnip roots. They’re very popular in the Southern US. The greens are usually blanched or cooked in soups. My family always made the roots into a casserole, but I love them in curry: anywhere I’d usually use parsnips or potatoes.
It has been such a strange but welcome joy watching your daughter grow up during the years. She is so big now! I loved it. More like this please!! I loved the farmers market. I go to both of the markets in my town every week. Wish they has stuff like yours does. I bought 6 ears of sweet corn on a whim...now I have something to do with it. I'm so excited. I take the bus too but I have to call ahead. They don't have bus stops. I love this kind of content. Just home life. Please make more like this!! This is perfect!!❤❤
