I have had a S5 4.2 man box and a S4 Avant 3.0T w is Supercharged…. The engine might just be one of the best engines fitted in a modern car! If the S4 had a man box I would still own it.

im seeing 2 cars tomorrow, and Audi S5 8 speed 2017 for 23k fully loaded and a Merc E400 9 speed for 24k fully loaded, Im leaning towards the Audi, any comments?
@@vasitomoiaga3606 haha I went for the S5, its the best of BOTH worlds, sporty, and a bit of luxury, I just thought the merc is not my taste in terms of glamour, I wanted somthing that is an everyday car, eco yet can push, also an s5 will hold its value after a few years vs a E400 as its also an enthusiast car, its not an E63 which is double the price and the S5 ticked all my boxes+ insurance was cheaper too.Also s5 has a ZF gearbox which is very reliable. I drive it on eco mode most of the time but power is there if needed. i got a metallic dark grey with red seats and a glass pan roof, its very nice.

Mercedes services are more expensive, and tunes for Audi 3.0 Tfsi are more famous than Mercedes

Wrong on the MPG I’m afraid (I wish). More like avg 25mpg.
