I remember my grandad's stories about his childhood. In the village where he was living, there was like a car or two passing through per a week, and every dude in that village went out to take a look at that car. It was so much show for them and they were admiring that technology. Nowadays he wouldn't even get what is going on with cars and all that tech thats inside cars, all that power and stuff. It's so cool that we have this progress so far.

Anything is possible. I bought mine 13 months ago and have put 30k miles on it already. Don't listen to Ben V. I went from being broke to owning this car within two years. I finance it of course as do most people with cars. I put down $8,000 and I'm paying $869 a month. It's very doable.

u also gave the mpg numbers from the a5 not the s5, and the 2.0 inline 4 turbo is not an option on the a5, it is standard, The standard stereo has 10 speakers while the Bang & Olufsen system has 19, U don't need to press the button twice to turn on the electronics you can just press the button without having your foot on the brake, the volume button doesn't turn the screen on and off.

I found my next car. Wow this car is beautiful. I'm just starting on my life with first year college done and working every day for summer. I'm only thinking about success now. And this video got me to set a goal and that's this car. Thank u. Didn't even know s5 had a 4 door Version
I don't what you ended up doing but some advice. Please don't take on a huge car note right in college, I made that mistake and regret it. I'm in my late 20s now and if I had saved that money for investing I'd be in a much better place. Just some life advice!

I just gaved you a like and a sub. The only thing I would say is missing and nobody really did on this car is the head/tail lights and ambient lighting game at night. Pretty cool. I am torn between the A6 and the S5 sportback. After this I am leaning towards the sportback.
It's crazy that this 3l v6 350hp engine can do on average 20mpg uk and my 1.5 turbo 4 cylinder 180hp. If I drive it normally, I can do around 27mpg uk. Twice the power and minimal fuel consumption difference... plus s5 sounds sexy too
Yeah these modern larger sized turbo engines work much les to drive the cars then the small engines. Honestly small engines just end up working harder to move the heavy vehicle. Not worth having a little engine. Even my 5.2L V10 gets over 20mpg on the highway just cruising.
Ive had a convertible version for a year now and I love it to bits mines actually a better spec then this 1 my s5 really is banging I’m lucky to have it

Hmm, I thought I'd like the S5 Sportback more than the S4 based on photos but now that I'm seeing videos I think I prefer the S4. I did just buy as S4 though so maybe it's unrecognized bias.

I clearly stated this engine vs a different engine option. I never called this one both.
I wish they would put the shifter as a stalk like mercedes to save space. Would be nice to have a wireless charging pad for my phone where the shifter is. Alot of cars waste space with the shifter so not just Audi. Where do you put your phone in this car?

drove a 2018 Q5...not a fan of the dash nor auto shifter. However, it seems every Audi has the exact same layout and dash...nothing differentiates the S5 to the S4 to the Q5...how about some originality? (have a 2015 S4...love it)

First Audi in ages I would consider owning, since this is the first Audi in ages that doesn't look ugly (A7 & R8) or generic and lame (everything else).
So the S5 has a traditional auto and the A5 has a DCT? Should it be the other way around

252hp? Correct me if im wrong but doesnt the s5 produce 349hp?
It should make 354 HP. Like I said in the video, the 4 cyl makes 252, and the 6 cyl makes 354. I stated both engines available in the 5 series

Oh wow, big difference!! Depends on what you need the vehicle for, if you don't need a big truck for no reason, this is a great daily, fun to drive and still has space with the hatchback style.
I love almost everything about this car but the chrome trim is a deal breaker. Audi needs to make the Black Optic package available on this model like they do in Europe.

@Kwameyoo - what do you mean by "basic indicator lights?" I believe all of the turning signal lights are LED.
TheLifeOnHigh here in the UK (Europe too I believe) the indicators go across the entire length of the headlight across the top as opposed to just the edge of the headlight

Vatsal Bhatnagar in America an average doctor is payed a great amount of money. I would say most doctors can easily afford a car like this and something even better with a few years of savings.
Doctors can easily afford more expensive cars than this this car is easy for me to afford and I’m no doctor. I’m a computer science major in college rn. A doctor would probably be able to afford a Panamera or rs7 but they usually drive whatever car they like best not just the most expensive cars.

Why is the check engine light on?
I have no idea where you got your weight figure from, but it is outright wrong. I love this car, but lets not pretend it's 3700lb, because it isn't. It's closer to 3925 for the sportback, and unfortunately, the weight distribution is around 56:44 front to rear :( Makes me sad considering the BMW 440xi Gran Coupe, which is very comparable is around 3875lb, which isn't much of a difference, BUT it has a weight distribution of 50:50. I like the Audi a lot more, but there's just no way it could compete on driving dynamics when 56% of the front weight is up front. I wish Audi would work on that, because their cars are gorgeous otherwise.
