More back pressure for an 02 sensor is not going to increase start time. Your bike doesn't even care if there is an 02 sensor on startup. I put a header, cat delete and muffler from delkevic on mine in the back of my travel trailer, it's a straight pipe, the bike even runs perfect without the muffler although it's loud.
You left part of the catalytic converter inside the headers. The waffle is the cat, the big underslung box is just another muffler.

Did you have any issues removing the header, or was there anything else that needed removal to get at the header bolts
After removal, did your check engine light come on. Looking to do the same to my bike.
