      You can use any. We just buy any white potatoes bag or potatoes we need to use up.

      @@canuck33 stuff em inside a bread roll along with peppers and onions and slices hotdogs. Not odd but good

      Sounds like a different form of “submarine sandwich” but hotdogs wouldn’t be my choice mixed with other ingredients-perhaps something Italian-ish……which seems to match peppers, etc. Hotdogs too common. Oh well, I have no business eating any of it.😄

      @@flex_007 I know it’s not a sub sandwich - just mentioned that because of similarity of umpteen different ingredients in a roll. I focused on the potatoes only and never saw them in any sandwich. Not my cuppa tea….(no pun intended). Try adding scrambled eggs with it…..nothing better than peppers and eggs. (Green bell peppers). We all have different tastes…..I cannot eat soggy bread and I’ll never ever understand beans on toast. Never.
