    This video must be saved. This is by far the easiest to comprehend celing cabling video I've seen on UA-cam.

    Thank you so much. This video was very helpful today. I tried changing the dinning area light to a chandelier but forgot how the wire was connected before removing the old ceiling rose pendant. Messed up the double switch which controls the living room/dining area. I was so happy after fixing it eventually having watched this video. Thumbs up !!!

    I do this sort of work so infrequently as a DIYer that it’s good to get a refresher before undertaking a new job. This was well explained and demonstrated. Thanks very much. Subbed.

      Bots. People have created automated programs that go through every video they find and automatically downvote it. By selling the service they can artificially downvote certain types of video and upvote others.
      All about advertising money.

      Yes, I had about 90 dislikes in a day. Must have been a computer. Told UA-cam but no joy, so the dislikes remain!

    This is such a relief. I'm a single woman who recently put up a new pendant shade and it came down together with the cable so I thought the cable was brittle and I'd need the house rewiring! Now I can see what's happened! Thank you so much😁

    Thank you so much. My daughter is moving house on Thursday. I'd took lights down for her but forgot to watch the wiring then couldn't work out the wiring when putting up the new rose. Turned out that not only was my wiring wrong but the switch wasn't working too. All sorted and saved trying to get an electrician out in the next three days 🙂🙂🙂👍

    Solid video pouse, thanks.
    Big fan of your electrical stuff, it's not to tackle myself but just to give me an understanding.
    I hope you don't get into trouble with YT or the electrical standards body in Wales as I imagine it's not encourage to educate DIYers in case of worst case scenarios (brown bread).
    Nonetheless with a little common sense the intention is to educate the viewer not to teach me how to become an electrician overnight.
    Big thumbs up, cheers, watching from London, Ryan.

    • @POUSEaroundtheHOUSE
      @POUSEaroundtheHOUSE  6 років тому +1

      Hi Ryan glad you enjoy the videos. As you say it's more to show people the right way, not to encourage. You'll have people that will have a go and you'll never stop them, so better they do it right than to leave a death trap for whoever buys the house from them! Good luck and thanks for watching!
