I was in Bangkok just after Xmas and used your channel to plan a great time fishing most of the parks east side of the city. Nat pop was in my top 3 for sure. I tried so hard for a bah buuk or mekong at others as well and sadly failed lol. Not sure if i ever thanked you for sharing these videos... made this last trip one of the best!

Many lakes will rent you some gear, but the quality of the gear may be questionable. Really depends on what size of fish and what budget you have. Check out the videos on this channel for Tawabet, บ่อตกปลาบึงจระเข้ใหญ่ (the alligator lake), The Camping and Fishing Lakes Saraburi, Thai Nana and Bungsamran. They will all rent you gear. As for the price you need to check with the lake it should be anywhere from 100-500b to rent a rod and reel and some lakes will want a deposit also.
