I see some separation part between weld root at 5:18 . I don't know maybe i didn't see as well as i could the root.
I think when you make a video for us you can't focus as much as you need. So i think this video was good enough. Thank you again bro ❤

    • @X3MTIG

@@Hamid-az Nah, he's fine. You can see while he's backfeeding/laywiring it, he's breaking down the bevelled edge.
It's impossible to have an edge, because the edge physically broke away, and got replaced with the filler metal, that is what the Keyhole is, it's just the bevel breaking down.
Could he be under and have suckback? Sure, but there will never be lack of penetration with a keyhole cause you can't have that with one.

I see you had a little under cut. I was welding in a coffin, down in the double bottom of a ship. I had to put the filler rod around the pipe, just the get a tack. Once I got it, i was good to go. It's better to let it cool down, I found. You do very nice work. Try standing on your head and weld this up, areal life application. Thanks

Hey bud, thanks for your comment. First of, there is no undercut, second, I don’t have to stand on my head to weld like that, because I did that a lot in my career, now I pick and choose what to weld or simply pass on welders like you! Remember, there is a fine line between confidence and arrogance, stay humble!
