    Start with one arm dead hang 🫡
    U will injury urself so build strength to right progression 😊

      Dead hang improves the grip mostly, but yeah you're right gotta do it too! Well I am careful so I warm-up good before that 👊💪

      Of course when you train on a wet bar after another workout 🤷‍♂
      but practice makes perfect so I'll achieve one arm pull-up anyways, can't stop me
