@@nicholasstandem5590 That's a bit wrong. It is both hardwork, strength, and some genetics. I know he wasn't born like that and he really had to take the effort into becoming what he has become, but genetics is a factor when you try to progress. Harder for some people, and easier for others.
TheKev00 that's one thing I might can get them on. My brother has to do them in his army program and he put me on to them over a year ago. That's a workout💪💪💪
Been doing THENX for about a month. Now it may not seem like it from the outside but I’ve gotten so much stronger and the motivation to workout everyday and improve is amazing. In the matter of a month THENX has really changed my life but only physically but mentally. I want to say thank you to the THENX channel and their team for doing this. I thank you lots!

Osvaldo Lugones is Super Saiyan. He remains in his normal form throughout his day and turns into a Super Saiyan during his workout. Love from Calisthenics athlete from India ♥️
i really like the calm, relaxed and precise way stefan gives the explanations to the workout. I also see a difference between the 2016 chris being more relaxed when explaining and the 2019 chris talking in a very fast and hectic way. But for me i feel more empowered by this calm style. This feedback is just meant positive because I love the professional content and helpful tips and workouts! big Love!
I am just amazed and happy how ppl on yt show every exercise how to be done step by step However in school (in my case) professors just show it once or just say it how its done and if u are not capable if doing something or u have fear towards some gymnastics exercises they just yell and make fun of you...
They are idiots. Just do your best, take time to master every move(find tutorials online) and don't bother what they said or think. Eventually you will finish school and become something that they just can dream of. Good luck!
My man Chris... You already know who i am . At 2:53 my ears were perking up so much..... PLEASE HURRY UP WITH MY LOVE aaa... I MEAN WITH THAT TRACK !!! PLEASE!
Best progressive workout for the one are pull up I've seen to date. Great detail on technique. I've never seen a vid that showed the opposite shoulder to the bar. I'll definitely be doing these.
Hey Thenx, I have been doing your training for basketball over the past week and a half. I found immediately that the same people that were pushing me around before were instantly surprised that they couldn't do this. It was much more on parity with them. I'm still a complete noob, some of your exercises are simply isometric holds for me, but I managed to headstand into handstand press for two reps now so I know I'm getting stronger. Will keep you updated, thanks again.
Chris i have a suggestion for you to maybe do a video about the popular GTG (Grease the groove) technique for e.g what is it/how does it work/how it can help you in progressing faster/is it a good substitute in maintaining muscle while not having time to work out etc. Can't wait until this video comes out, i bet it will help not only one of us. STAY STRONG THENX ATHLETES!
you don't need those requirements. The only thing you should able to do is 5-8 chin ups. The progression goes: 1.chin ups 2.chin ups with your arms close together 3.chin ups with 1 arm, while you hold your second arm at the wrist of your primary arm 4.move your secondary hand down from the wrist to the forearm as you progress, eventualy closer to the shoulder, and then rest it at the chest. Do your 1 rep max progression, 15-20 times a day, evenly spaced (20-30 min of time minimum between sets) You will be able to do it in like 1-2 weeks MOST (provided you could do at least 5-8 chin ups at the start). How this works? there is a reason behind that, google GTG by Pavel Tsatsouline. You don't need those requirements they are telling you about if you just care only about performing the move, everything past 5-6 reps contributes very little to your strength.
I'd go even farther and say you just need 2 exercises. Commando pull-ups till you can do ~8 then assisted one arms, with a band or with the progression you mentioned. I like band more because you can measure your progress more accurately and I think you should have your main pulling hand on top of the band so you retain the one-arm pull-up position while doing them, not like in the video.
Stefan, outstanding presentation!!!. You definitely outdid Chris!!!!. Hope this one won't be the last time I'll see you hosting the vid. Osvaldo, you're a beast!!!!.... no matter what the movement on display!!!!.
Hey guys! a couple days before, I didn't able even lift myself from one arm position, so I start doing one arm australian pull ups in my workouts, and now I can do 2 one arm pull ups with resistance band on ez... So one arm australians help a lot. Now I will start doing this other exercises to master one arm pull up. Great video!

The highlight of my Sunday night
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
A sad life you must lead
Matthew Sharples 😂 So says the person trolling on UA-cam comments
Tajh Gibbs How am I trolling dude?
Matthew Sharples unnecessarily leaving negative comments. Your opinion is yours to have, you did not have to share it with me.
Excellent tutorial!!! All would add is to focus bringing your elbow to your lat - which will elevate your chin way above the bar!!! I love THENX💥⚡️😀💪🏽
Time to hit the gym after school
Love how Thenx breaks it down and makes it look so easy! 🔥
Great video! Why so serious Osvaldo? Lol
Gabo, Osvaldo and Chris are RIDICULOUS.
Awesome tutorial!!

great video, as always!
Thank you guys for all you're doing for us!
Best way to end the week
This form of vid is so awesome, where you have Stefan explaining while one of the other dudes crank out the exercises... Should do another one! :)

Finally a good one arm pull up tutorial with exercises 👌
able to do over 30 pull ups but cant even do 1 one arm pull up. hope this guide helps!!
🙏🏼 hope so! good luck!
d toh that is impossible
Eren i I can do 27 28 pull ups but can't do a single arm pull up May be a half or 75% of it
Do them very slow and controlled, notice how your body reacts. Then realize he's probably doing 15 waist pull ups.
d toh
Maybe your pull ups are not clean and you half-rep them
Chris, Osvaldo and Gabo is the best workout squad
Keep on man
will do bro thanks for watching
OFFICIALTHENX is there a video for people who can only do 5 pull ups at a time
