When use the Pixel Buds PRO and the volume of the smartphone is set at maximum, the headphones feel low.
I have to lower the volume of the phone to 9 and then raise it to 10 and the Buds then sound good and loud at 10.
Do you have the same issue?

No I haven't had that issue. Did you try and factory reset the buds?
