Thank you for your service, Mr. Zed. Both of my parents and uncle were in the Army Air Corp (Air Force) in WWII. My uncle died in the War and is buried in Italy. He was 22 years old.
My dad was in the Army Air Corps in WWII. A discovery of color blindness in the process prevented him from going overseas. Instead he became a flight instructor stateside. I might not have been born otherwise and it explains why Mom always picked out his clothes. Lol However, his good childhood buddy did go overseas and was shot down/killed in Italy. The family eventually did get his body back. I felt so sorry for the elderly mother; he was her only child.

The one thing I recall from basic training most was my drill sergeant telling us we were all the same...useless slugs, lol. We were a truly diverse group, from white, asian, black, hispanic, and American Indian ( Apache). But we were all treated equally...like useless slugs, lol. By the time we graduated, we were a pretty damn cohesive group.

I think the races they are looking for is the good credit score race, and the ability to pay race which comes in many colors. A banker would only care about your race if they repeatedly had a group or type of people that defaulted on a loan, and then they would probably get overruled.

I was addicted to Percocet for 10 years after getting prescribed them in high school, I continued to do them so nobody’s fault but my own, but that’s how I was introduced to them. I smoke weed and I can go days without smoking. I couldn’t go a day without my Percocet. But I’m 11 months clean going on a year, fuck opiates!!!

Yeah, the military was an eye opening experience. Tyler’s correct when he explained it. We did everything mission focused, and our unit members. We got tight, got on each other’s nerves, but made friends for life. Politicians are focused on their next election.

@@rachaelsmall8012 It depends what you want to study in college. If its something along the lines of being a doctor, businessperson,a teacher/professor then going to college could be worth it. But not for useless degrees. Better of learning a trade at that. I went to college for a useless degree, but I paid for it so im not in debt. Then I learned how to fix cars by tinkering with them and watching car repair videos on youtube.

I was addicted to Percocet for 10 years after getting prescribed them in high school, I continued to do them so nobody’s fault but my own, but that’s how I was introduced to them. I smoke weed and I can go days without smoking. I couldn’t go a day without my Percocet. But I’m 11 months clean going on a year, fuck opiates!!!
There is NO reason that anyone in high school should be prescribed any drug ( yes there are a few exceptions )

I too was put on pain medicine, and it almost destroyed my life with my family and MY life, literally! I’ve been sober 10 years back in March! So keep it up! That’s awesome!

Yeah, the military was an eye opening experience. Tyler’s correct when he explained it. We did everything mission focused, and our unit members. We got tight, got on each other’s nerves, but made friends for life. Politicians are focused on their next election.
