Thank you. I have currently one that is plastic, but it has a retractable metal point. I think some where in my art supplies i have one that is all metal.
I think it bears mention that this construction does not yield a regular polygon. The first two edges added are off by about 0.37 degrees, and the remaining two will be off by a comparable amount. Your Pentagon 2 construction on the other hand is exact.
Lini Branco You'll have to say 'pretty please, pretty please, pretty please with bows on'! I'm planning a series on the Golden Mean, which will include this, but I'm away for the winter, so don't hold your breath! stay subscribed.

Great Nepin!

Luns Tee Yes, I'm aware of that. Thanks for watching!
Do you have any suggestion on how to keep the compass point from sliding when drawing with it? I find this to be my hardest thing to deal with.
I have a beautiful pentagon (and circles) That I have drawn and colored in. It is a shame that links can not be shared in the comments.

So, put a great big shiney golden bow on it and get cracking. You big ol' hybernating bear. Pretty Please???
Thank you very much. :D
You're very welcome as well. :)
Sharpen it!
(and don't use those cheap plastic compasses - they're very inaccurate.)
