Lifesaving? Panic attacks don't kill people. No ASMR video has every relieved a true panic attack. It's a very relaxing video, but the hyperbole in the comment section is (as usual with these kinds of video) wild.
Panic attacks. I don’t envy anyone going thru one. The only way I learned to address them way back when was to just let them happen. CBT training helped immensely. Thanks Salix, for adding something so important to your ever-growing body of great work.
