I thought that foreigners can’t buy Villas only apartments or condos and that if the condos haven’t exceeded 49 percent foreigners then you can buy if it’s reached the maximum then no you can’t buy did I get it right 🤷🏽♂️
Foreigners can buy villas but can't own land directly, however there are various ways to acquire land when you're a foreigner. Most people prefer purchasing condos because it's more direct, foreign quota is freehold and your name would be on the land title deed.
