Not really. The UK doesnt allow food products with certain chemicals to be sold in stores so thats why they dont have the same snacks we have. Maybe be the same brand but the recipies are changed
Only problem is, without a pallet cleanser it's hard to judge anything you taste later on. I like how Aiden picked actual snacks Americans eat though, because so many channels pick these weird off-brand versions of popular snacks that nobody would ever eat haha
Twistlers have their good points. 1. They offer an option that's less sweet than most other candies. 2. Like popcorn, they have better longevity to them as a snack. I could eat a Reese's cup in 3 seconds..gone. Twistlers will get you through a movie and kind of keep your breath better like gum. 3. If you bite the ends off you can use them like a straw. 4. As mentioned, they have a nice after taste that kind of makes you want more. 5. They have a distinct chew experience to them that is nice. 6. They don't really make you feel bad when you're done eating them. It won't spoil your dinner and you won't get lethargic. Lastly, you get your money's worth.
Did you’re school never sell Pop tarts at lunch? At my school we were devouring those Pop tarts and there was no toaster in sight, so we all learned to love them cold.
PopTarts needs Toaster ! Reese’s Pieces : Story tie-in with film, “ET”. Mars turned down using M&Ms, Hershey’s created peanut version. Mike & Ike : One of the “Boxed” movie theatre candies, since 1930s.
Jerk meats were created so freshly hunted meats wouldn't spoil, it became easy to transport and also became a survivalist food. The name Jerky came from native South American tribe and dates back to the ancient Inca Empire period time. The process of making jerky has expanded to a lot more flavors and meats especially over the last100 years and it's time consuming process to cure and favor the different types of meats.
I eat Reese’s Pieces regularly. I’ve never seen the pretzels but I’ve also never looked for them. Laffy Taffy was a childhood fave. We loved telling the jokes. I never buy Twizzlers but I will eat ONE when my mom does. Oreos come in many, many flavors. The lemon & the carrot cake flavors are MY favorites.
What a lot of people even Americans don’t know about Twizzlers is that there are two types of Twizzlers, one that you just eat whole, and one that you can peel the threads off of it like string cheese. The former one taste like flavored plastic and that’s the only one people try so they hate Twizzlers, but the latter is actually quite flavorful and taste pretty good. They’re called Twizzlers Pull and Peel if you want to try them.
Agree with Aiden, jerky is the best. Lots of deer hunters here including many of my family members. Jerky and smokies ( a thin sausage) are even better than beef jerky. Lots of flavors can be added. Best smokies, in my opinion, the cheddar and jalapeños cheddar.
Skippy creamy Peanut Butter is unbeatable. When I was little I would put it in chocolate ice cream lol, like just slide it off the knife with your finger and into the dish. Then put the Reese's Shell topping syrup on top.
I knew Daz had to be a professional Snacker! Seems like a man with a refined taste pallet lol I didn’t do your competition for the jersey because I know in my heart I don’t give a darn the same way half of the fans of yours do lol so I’ll let them win this one😂
I agree with Aiden 100...beef jerky is my favorite snack. I always have a bag with me at all times. I usually don't buy store jerky, though (emergencies only). I make my own or buy from a butcher shop.
It's been years since he made it, but my dad used to take part of the venison from the deer he got and made a ton of jerky from it, so we had tons. As a kid, I think I could have eaten 10 pounds of the stuff at a time! So, it's hard for me to pay so much for jerky that isn't quite as good as he made!
We have so much candy in the U.S. don't even know what we have here and what we don't. There is an entire aisle full of candy at any grocery store you go to. And the candy companies are always coming out with new stuff. So I don't even have a clue.
lol daz was really hoping for a burger. with pop tarts it really depends on the flavor. some taste better toasted (usually the original flavors) and others taste better not toasted.
Houston Asterisks hat Aiden? Fake 2018 Champions. lol If you ever visit the U.S. Aiden, please don't wear that hat in Oakland, Cleveland, Boston and especially in LA & NY. There will be blood. hahaha😜
Pop tarts are better straight from the box. Toasted just makes them burn your mouth. If you look at the package, everything is enlarged to show detail and is clearly marked as such.
During the pandemic, my work paid for lunch and snacks for about 2 years. When I switched to nights and the cafe was closed, I had a $15 credit every day to really only spend on snacks. I think I tried every snack possible during that time and it was nice to try things I wouldnt have normally bought. The Reese's pretzels were a nice standard during those times.
That's cool that you included the Mike & Ike's - younger Americans aren't really familiar with them - they're kind of more popular with older generations - my dad used to keep a box behind the seat of his truck and when we were out in the yard working - we'd take a break and have a hand full - then it was back to work - anyway thanks for posting this - fun watching all of you.
If you don't like beef jerky Daz (and I don't either so I feel ya) I highly recommend finding some BACON JERKY. It's SO good. And if you get a good (aka not cheap) kind, it's literally just slices of bacon that's been dried etc. It's just amazing stuff. I can easily down a whole bag. Walmart has a decently sized bag, and the flavoring (maple smoked I believe) and texture are all top-notch stuff. I know you guys don't have Walmart over there in the UK (ASDA and Sainsbury are the closest you get I believe) but you could just order some online I suppose. Not sure if it'd be worth it just for a bag or two of bacon jerky, but I mean, it's delicious lol
Beef jerky is one of the few meats I’ll eat. I get a pound of my special favorite jerky sent every year for my birthday and Christmas. It’s $20 per pound and I demolish it all in one or two days but it’s my absolute favorite thing on the planet. I don’t eat meat usually otherwise. But old fashioned cowboy style beef jerky (not Jack Links, gross) is absolutely fantastic. I’d recommend Robertsons out of Texas or Hard Times Jerky from Oklahoma. Hands down the best jerky I’ve ever had. If I want dried beef… I want it DRIED and covered in black pepper. Not chewy and sweet. I’d eat a steak if I wanted chewy meat.
To me, desserty poptarts are best cold. Smores flavor is my fav. Fruity flavors are much better toasted, and with a little butter spread on top of the icing
Beef Jerky is the best. I prefer the thin cut, harder beef jerky, which is hard to find. Mainly, all you find are the thicker pieces. Also, i think Daz wants a burger😄
I use to do that when I toasted them because I didn’t like the hard edges but then I started heating them in the microwave for 25 seconds and that softens them up and don’t need to take the hard edges off anymore
Twizzlers are so weird.. they're not amazing, but yet they're very addictive. There are a couple of Mike and Ike adjacent products... Good n Plenty which is black licorice flavor and Hot Tamales which are cinnamon flavored. Also, Mike and Ike has various flavor alternatives like tropical, etc. The best jerky is the Bridgford Sweet Baby Ray's flavor.
*I love me some beef Jerky, but I don't think Beef jerky is healthy, last time l check its very high with sodium, that one bag is probably in the 1500 to 2500.*
If you do go to Texas, you can stop by Buc-ee's. Good video content for you plus they have a massive section of different types of beef jerky. You'd be in jerky heaven.
Aidan coming through in clutch with his American love for beef jerky! lol
Yea he did.. But I like the teriyaki flavor the best
He does have a Houston hat on and Houston is known as Clutch City… synchronicity….
Reese's Pieces hit the market and got very popular when the movie E.T. came out.
E.T. phone home
@@ImOutOfMtDewPhone home that shit away, but keep it in the outrageous king size bar. Haha
Love how Aiden is torturing the parents with snacks 😂 y’all need your own reality show the banter is hilarious!
The funny thing about this food tasting is Aiden probably already had all these things when he was a kid but just doesn't remember. lol 😜
We are so spoiled here in America with so many snacks and food options. I love it. Great video!
Not really. The UK doesnt allow food products with certain chemicals to be sold in stores so thats why they dont have the same snacks we have. Maybe be the same brand but the recipies are changed
Pop tarts warm make the bread a little softer as well
Aiden knows what’s good.
Only problem is, without a pallet cleanser it's hard to judge anything you taste later on. I like how Aiden picked actual snacks Americans eat though, because so many channels pick these weird off-brand versions of popular snacks that nobody would ever eat haha
Good picks, Aidan. The hot and sweet beef jerky absolutely slaps and is actually very healthy, I almost always have a bag of that on long road trips
Pop Tarts taste much much better warmed up but you have to be careful as inside will be very hot
“It might be a you problem “..Aiden 🤣
Sposed to eat Pop-Tarts upside down, changes everything
Reese's pieces is my favorite candy ever
Aiden came out on top with American beef jerky. Well played Ladd that’s the best thing in the entire batch.
This video was a fun surprise. Good on you Aiden!
you have to put pop tarts in the toaster so it pops up hot.
Maybe they never saw Pulp Fiction
Ive eaten pop tarts all my life and realized a year ago that they were intended to be toasted😂
Yeah, a totally different taste when fuming hot. lol
you don’t have to, personally i rarely do it
For me if I was having Pop tarts for breakfast I would put them in a toaster, but if I’m just having them as a snack I’ll eat them cold.
In Estes Park, Colorado there is a store downtown and all they sell is Beef Jerky. Aiden would love it.
Gaynor is so funny and so nice. She is the best!!!!
Twistlers have their good points. 1. They offer an option that's less sweet than most other candies. 2. Like popcorn, they have better longevity to them as a snack. Reese's anything is a favorite of mine. Cups, pieces, pretzels, fast break, outrageous, sticks, all of it slaps. I love a chocolate peanut butter mix.
My favorite snack is "party mix" a combo of pretzels, corn chips, nacho chips, and mini bagel slices covered in a spicy salty powder.
Yes, we have crazy ass snacks over here. There's an entire aisle in Walmart dedicated to junk food.
I'm with Daz, Pop-tarts are terrible if they aren't toasted.
Did you’re school never sell Pop tarts at lunch? At my school we were devouring those Pop tarts and there was no toaster in sight, so we all learned to love them cold.
False strawberry hits with or without
@@williamhardee8863 I used to take mine to school ( un toasted ) and it was delicious.
Toaster strudels are much better, but you definitely have to toast them.
You must have burned away your taste buds.
PopTarts needs Toaster !
Reese’s Pieces : Story tie-in with film, “ET”. Mars turned down using M&Ms, Hershey’s created peanut version.
Mike & Ike : One of the “Boxed” movie theatre candies, since 1930s.
Pop Tarts Are SO MUCH BETTER after being Toasted. That's why they are a Toaster Pastry
LOL! It's like buying some bread dough and eating it without baking it, and thinking it's horrible!
Try the cherry twizzler strings. Those are way better than the regular strawberry ones.
Hey Aiden! FYI Resses Pieces has only peanut butter. No chocolate in them. 😊. Probably why you like them haha
I completely agree Aidan on Reese’s pieces and beef jerky
Jerk meats were created so freshly hunted meats wouldn't spoil, it became easy to transport and also became a survivalist food. The name Jerky came from native South American tribe and dates back to the ancient Inca Empire period time. The process of making jerky has expanded to a lot more flavors and meats especially over the last100 years and it's time consuming process to cure and favor the different types of meats.
Since Aiden loves jerky, I def want to see him try some proper deer jerky!
Reese pretzels are in every gas station over here
I eat Reese’s Pieces regularly. I’ve never seen the pretzels but I’ve also never looked for them. Laffy Taffy was a childhood fave. We loved telling the jokes. Reeses pieces are the best!
U gotta put the pop tarts in the toaster

Shout out to my boy with the CHAMPS hat on!! LesssGoooo!!!
If they don't know Wrexham, they don't deserve the jersey! 😆
According to Daz, grown-ups can't eat oreos. Well, I guess that I've been in the wrong all these years. 😉
Good picks Aidan! You're more American than I thought haha!
Never ate Mike and Ike’s but did throw them at people in the movie theater when I was a child.
Buccees has a gigantic wall of jerkey
Skippy creamy Peanut Butter is unbeatable. When I was little I would put it in chocolate ice cream lol, like just slide it off the knife with your finger and into the dish. Then put the Reese's Shell topping syrup on top.
Daz needs to put some sauce on that jerky.
Starburst jellybeans are really good
You HAVE to toast poptarts! Those babies are made to size so that they can fit into any toaster.
I knew Daz had to be a professional Snacker! Seems like a man with a refined taste pallet lol I didn’t do your competition for the jersey because I know in my heart I don’t give a darn the same way half of the fans of yours do lol so I’ll let them win this one😂

love the htown hat!!! lived here all my life.
Jolly ranchers r great to flavor vodka
You should try beanboozled jelly bean game
Mint Oreos are the best!
Beef jerky is my favorite but it’s so dang expensive
You can get a machine called a "Dessicator" and make your own. Lots of books out there on how to do it!! Not hard at all!

Jolly Ranchers are great if you love visiting your dentist
lol daz was really hoping for a burger. with pop tarts it really depends on the flavor. some taste better toasted (usually the original flavors) and others taste better not toasted.
that would have been hilarious if Aidan actually did pull a cheeseburger out of his sweatshirt pocket. 🙂
I don't care for Reese's pieces alone, but the king size Reese's outrageous bar it's good.
Houston Asterisks hat Aiden? Fake 2018 Champions. lol If you ever visit the U.S. Aiden, please don't wear that hat in Oakland, Cleveland, Boston and especially in LA & NY. There will be blood. hahaha😜
Beef jerky is awesome! As you guys would say: Are you mad?! lol
Pop tarts are better straight from the box. Toasted just makes them burn your mouth.
If you look at the package, everything is enlarged to show detail and is clearly marked as such.
Put in toasted pop tarts that's how you eat them
The best way to eat Reese's Pieces is mixed with M&Ms altogether and add some mixed nuts or small pretzels for a party mix.
I added them to fresh popcorn, when I go to the movies.
and bagels Daz. Pretzels and bagels
The best beef jerky is the more juicy stuff like the Honey Bbq.
During the pandemic, my work paid for lunch and snacks for about 2 years. When I switched to nights and the cafe was closed, I had a $15 credit every day to really only spend on snacks. Licorice is best when is soft and fresh
Not all pop tarts are created equal. Brown Sugar ftw
I make my own beef jerky on my Traeger grill. Better than store bought by miles.

Gotta go with Old Trapper beef jerky.
I have to take the the edges off of the pop tarts.
Ohhhh… this is a new phenomenon I’ve never heard of and I’m on the fence if it’s a normal or weird thing. Lol.
I use to do that when I toasted them because I didn’t like the hard edges but then I started heating them in the microwave for 25 seconds and that softens them up and don’t need to take the hard edges off anymore
I eat the edges first. Save the best part for last.

Have to toast the poptart.
Beef jerky is goated
Hells yeah let’s go Astros!!!!!!
Pop Tarts are only edible warm IMO.
Red Vine licorice has more flavor and is much softer.
