The mom shouting "Arms in!" is actually something good. You'd be surprised by how many people get into those quad/side by sides or really any off road vehicle and once they start rolling they'll stick their arms out like they're gonna some how catch the 1 ton thing with them strapped inside with 1 hand. You'd think more people would be smarter, but it's that instinct of "I'm falling. I have time to brace for impact to save me." and the thought of you being in a vehicle a lot heavier than you can bench with a single hand and also swinging down with momentum just skips your mind. There's a lot of broken limbs of idiots who think, "I can save this! I'M GONNA CATCH US!!!!" and then their arm goes under the entire vehicle at unnatural angles (another term for it breaks) and then they have more panic on the dance floor than is prescribed by the DJ. Also, I kind of knew what my state, Utah, was going to include a rock crawler fail. The majority of our most repeat tourism is people coming to the southern part of the state to rock crawl in Moab and Hurricane. They come with their rock crawlers and leave with a 3 year project.
In the NY video the pedestrians aren't jaywalking. On the left side of the street you can see a signal with a red hand for "don't walk"; meaning the pedestrians that are crossing are allowed to cross. Also the traffic light is facing backyards because that's a one way street. You can see a one way sign on the upper right corner of the screen. The guys on the scooters look like cops but they're riding again the flow of traffic with no sirens, they're at fault.
Pedestrians in NYC don't usually wait for the signal to go before they cross though so any people crossing at the correct time is probably coincidental. Jaywalking is something you'd likely only get charged for if the cops wanted to charge you with something so they could detain you for another reason.
The car around 12:30 with the insides massed up is someone left a pop/ soda bottle in the car in cold weather and it blow up and froze forming ice pop icicles on the steering wheel and dash of the car
9:02. It was more than likely a house built in a hurricane storm surge area on Elevated stilts. You have seen those along the south coast of the United States in your real estate videos. So all of that water you saw was usually land more than likely. It was a big surge of water.

Cars, motorcycles etc...aren't going to wait for a thousand people to cross the street all the time everyone's cutting each other off even the police...yes the law in the U.S. is that you must yield for pedestrians at a crosswalk but that doesn't apply if It's not your right of way..typically nothing will happen to you if you jaywalk in certain places where it is illegal because most cops don't enforce those old laws and there are many places now that have crosswalk lights telling you when It's your turn to cross the street..It's not a perfect system but it works for the most part. And also in New York City you can't turn right on red and many of the streets are ONE WAY.
That new york bike clip had to be a parade. They blocked it off and had a motorcade escorting someone or leading the parade. Thats why they were driving the wrong way down a one way street
Not always safe on those all terrains with roll cages, because people who drive them rarely use the seat belts/harnesses so their legs or arms get seriously hurt. And landing upside down on a muddy pond is a common occurrence with people who own these.
