  • I'm back into a high intensity program cycle after a week long deload. Things got drastic this morning and we went to the depths. Moved some big weight and hit PR's on most movements with weight or reps. On the occasional set that I didn't progress I would add 1 extra set adding slightly more heavy volume. Every day, every workout, every set is calculated and done with complete focus. Last night was a late one for us with my son's graduation so I scheduled a long nap today. It's going to be another late night with my other son's HS graduation. I foresee another nap on my horizon ;) I hope you all are having a powerful day. Go do great things!
