Ice Wine Makes the Best Breakfast: Al-Kee-Hol
Вставка
- Опубліковано 12 лип 2024
- In this episode of Al-Kee-Hol, hosts Adam Jackson and Patrick McGuire head to Canada's Niagara-on-the-Lake region and hit up Inniskillin winery, Reif Estate Winery, Flat Rock Cellars, Cave Spring Cellars, and Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery for a drinkable tour of their ice wines, made from grapes that are harvested while totally frozen on the vine. Adam and Patrick learn about the importance of thick grape skin, the rules of the ice-wine-harvesting process, and the role of the "ice wine police." This, according to our hosts, is why ice wine makes the "best breakfast ever."

I really like those kind of documentary, short, straight to the point. From what it is, the history of the region, why there, and how to use it.
Nobody is pretentious, nobody over talk, just good time with good products. Good job!
Very fun video. It was short, sweet, and to the point. Just like Ice wine.
Sue-Ann was awesome. She has that perfect combination of pride and passion. She boasts without bragging because you can tell how much she genuinely enjoys her craft. Honestly, I could probably watch an hour long documentary solely about her and what she does.
I loved the obligatory American flag and Eagle shot.
Had me in stitches.
the long haired guy is terrified every joke he makes will fall flat
nah, that's just the Canadian subtle charm.
i know a bunch of dudes from Canada like this and this is common.... very lovely, funny people ,whom make great friends. viva la canada as they say in spain
These guys are great, I hope we see em more!
more with these two guys! I can see why some people can stand them, but I just like them
Having some Inniskillin right now for the first time. Wow, tastes so good, amazing. Crazy expensive at $50+ for 375 ml per bottle. Was a gift, wouldn't buy it for myself but def would buy as a gift or to dinner parties.
This is amazing Munchies. I had no idea of the demand of ice wine. The process is fascinating. These were fantastic tours of the vineyards and wineries in Canada. Most interesting was the cultivation under strict supervision of the inspectors.
This is so Canadian haha. I love Niagara Wine country. Favourite vacation destination in Ontario.
Never heard of ice wine before, but now I really wanna try it.
Great episode but the "shakey cam" style is annoying and the editing is off. Sorry not the best work from Munchies.
yeah, the production seemed shoddy. I dont think the shakiness was a style choice, just poorly done.
Hands were probably shaking from the cold
Love these two. More Al kee hol please!!
that last dinner was fancy as fckk !!
Chill presenters. Dat Canadian humour though
I've never herd of ice wine before. I'd love to give that stuff a try
+Mayer Yedid I've only had it twice but I can tell you, from my memory, it is good.
I love ❤️ it....this Ice wine documentary
only ice wine the famous in Canada and whole world.
"I LIIIKE IT!"
Yo when is there going to be another episode of Keep it Canada
love it!
nothing wrong with the hosts, i like the chillness of this episode, pun intended
Its so weird I was up in Toronto with my family a couple years ago and had already seen this video so I new of Ice Wine before hand but didn't know exactly where the hosts went to get it. While my family and I were driving around in Niagra I ended up falling asleep and taking a nap when my parents woke me up and said that we were at a wine distillery only for me to ask to stay in the car but mentioned to them to try out Ice Wine. Now that I have re watched the video I've realized that we were at the second distillery that you guys visited! It is so freaky since I didn't even know the name of the place but now I do haha.
I love ice wine, thanx for being awesome
Wow cool
I used to buy this white only my birthday very expensive. I see some of the wine store for seven dollars. A small bottle usually cost me 50 bucks for the bottle.
“Are they armed” 😂
Other than marketing, what makes the taste different?
great show though im not as enthusiastic about the hosts as everyone else seems to be lol
good one munchies!
she must have eaten a sour grape right before the camera turned on
what is the little groove that kicks in around 6:21?
Ice Wines are just damn fine.
Finaly, some Vice reporters that aren't thinking they are casually funny, but actually are funny!!
Lady's hair is nuts
Finally something decent from munchies again.
Өте жақсы.технологияні көрдік.Ақ ілді.Бізде Алматы жақта осуруболад.
why is chris pontius hosting this show
hahahah
Are these 2 guys the same ones from the drinking in Newcastle?
Thank you Karl
I like it
i like it
helpful guys, helpful
Real fresh frozen
cool
What does it mean to clean the grapes? 2:40
she said "clinged" because they cheersed before they ate them
Ice wine is so expensive
Canada fuck yeah
These guys are great :), way more interesting than the stupid hipsters on munchies.
Interesting
should have went to dromersheim germany for ice wine
He likes it.
one thing about the entire Niagara region, its still stuck in its old ways of pandering to the cheap casino and falls tourists, its a stigma it can almost never let go of. the Ice wine can be great, the soil may have all the great qualities but the Niagara region is still a shit hole
more special than burgundy well.. different regions make different tasting wines, it's always going to be apples and oranges by the end of the day. Everyone wants sell their product, point blank.
I think he likes it
I don't want apple crumble that's been smeared on my plate
Yo this was so poorly edited like what happened????
that dinner at the end, oh my days I've never seen a more pretentious host and cook in my life
that guy sounds just like seth rogen
dude sounds like seth rogen
"I like it!"
Just the wrong german flag... ..the flag with the hawk is just for official purposes, tit is use for ceremonial events....
sowry
Is Adam secretly seth rogen?
They offered almost no clue as to how it tastes
The fuck is ice wine?
im try to get 500 diss like on my UA-cam videos
Pretty godamn decadent.
boooooring
I don't think these two guys have much charisma or energy. I find them the least engaging or even watchable interviewers from any of your show. Dead boring.
Ugh...for icewine they should have gone to germany, the home of icewine.......oh well, at least they did kind of well....
Actually ontario has the best in the world these days i doubt u would even kno it was german if they didnt say so
They explained why it’s superior in Canada lol
the presenters were pretty cool, yes. But they didn't really give an insight into anything....they just tried to act funny.
I like it
