The important thing is to keep the jars in a dark place, never direct sunlight. Personally I place them inside a wooden box I made (so off the floor) , and I situated the wooden box in the coolest corner of the house.
I’ve never seen tomatoes dry pack canned in this way...should there be lemon juice or citric acid added? And wouldn’t these be a pressure canning item??? Not sure if this canning method is safe...
@@vikihill9438 As long as the jar was previously sterilized, as long as the top is new and also sterilized, as long as you boil the jars as indicated so that pressure vacuum is obtained, it is perfectly safe. Our parents and grandparents didn't have pressure cookers, freezers or refrigerators, yet they managed to preserve foods all year around. Of course if you already have a pressure cooker, you can use that instead.

Но я бы хранила в холодном месте. Уксус и сахар - это консерванты, с ними дольше будет храниться, но этот рецепт на много полезнее.)
Secondo me dovevi dare una stretta più solida ai tappi. X fare il sottovuoto e poi e un peccato aprirli con il coltello bastano pochi colpetti ai lati del tappo con un manico di un coltello che si apre facilmente e i tappi li puoi riutilizzare🙋
