DUDE your Aux lights are directly connected to battery & you have bypassed Amp meter that's why its not registering on Amp meter🤦♀ Relay is just a simple electromechanical switch & it has nothing to do with reducing the load 🤦♀ battery will be delivering same amount of Power no matter what !
This is actually true !! Adding a fuse will just save the wiring which is a + point !!

Hi agar mene bike ki ignition se relay ka 30 no. pin ko connect kya instead of connecting it to battery positive terminal extra fog light lagene ki liya, or in other case bina relay ka direct ignition se power liya without connecting to battery and relay connection for power the fog lights toh power or battery ka load may diffrence ayega ya dono case May same hoga
Bro direct lagaoge to load aaega battery par..
New bikes me amp meter nahi aata so kitna load aara hai wo show nahi hoga.
And relay ko battery se connection isliye dete hain bcoz ignition se connection loge to wires par load aaega.
So its better k battery se direct current dete hain relay ko..

Brother agar mai 40watt k fog lamp splendor mei lagau to kya chalenge splendor mei 4amp ki battery aati h, battery to drain ni hogi
Battery par load to aaega brother..
So its better k relay lagwa lena properly.
Off bike par na chalana light ko neutral par.

Bhaiya mere pass hero CD deluxe bike hain .maine autofy ki 12 smd LED 24 watt ki 2 fog light Aur 6 smd LED ki 12 watt 2 fog light lagayi hain in total 4 fog light ka wattej 72 watt hota hain. to main mere bike ke fog light ke liye roots ka 12 volt 30 amp ka horn relay use kar sakta hu kya ? Mere bike ki battery 12 volt 4 amp ki hain .

great info .. but i have 1 que jo ignition connector hota hai headlight ke andar usne 2 point hote hai ek me 12 v ka power ata hai ek me 0 v power hota hai to jo switch ka ek connection andar fir hota hai wo kisme karna chahiye ? 12v ya 0v me

Meri bullet me roots horn lage ha relay ke saath aur 90 watt ki 13 projector led lagi ha. Jab me led on krdu high beam aur horn use kru to battery drain hoti ha poori. Kya kru. Kya relay se help ho skti ha

Can I use 60 watt each LED fog lights on pulsar 220. The LED lights comes with wiring harness with already fitted relay and fuse. Will 120 Watt LED lights affect the battery. Please reply sir.
That will be very heavy light for pulsar..

I have installed 2nos of 55w (total 110W) halogen fog light....the problem is, while in full speed my amp meter is showing almost at the max on green side, if I go more on pickup will end up blowing fuse... Any idea bro..
Bro give some idea, if you have faced the same problm..
Halogen consumes more power...
Plus stock halogen put more load on battery..
So its better to remove halogen bulbs nd use yellow led fog lights..

Can I use 40A/12v dc relay for a 2 fog lamps with total 110watts (55watts per bulb)?
Use the same relay which i have used..
This one is best one to use with heavy fog lamps..

For that you have to give connection from LH switch assembly to fog light..
But i will suggest you to not do such connection..

My relay fell down which comes with harness. I have installed two 40 w led lights.
Always tie relay securely..
Install new one if you have lost previous one..

This connection worked fine. But in my bike it ate my battery's charge for which I had to change my battery at some point. Relay was always energised even if I had disconnected the battery terminal. 😔

for 1week it worked but all of a sudden my bike stopped, not staring at all,no ignition neutral light,no power from battery, n immediately disconnected all wires then bike started.
