- today we finally get to set up a new bioactive enclosure for my super red tokay. this bioactive vivarium has been in the works for awhile while i decided what enclosure would work best for this tokay gecko. i decided on using a zen habitat enclosure and my own bioactive products to make the coolest bioactive tokay gecko enclosure i have made yet!

Fire Dakotah 🔥 just a small suggestion about adding small portions of moss to the ends of the logs where they meet the background for a seamless look but still looks great 💪🏽
Very nice build Dakotah, the background on all 3 sides and the cork placement makes it, plus the ponytail!…one thing tho, you need more moss!

Amazing stuff I built a bioactive for my pair of tokays and in a year they have already produced eggs just waiting for them to hatch. Not as nice as your habitat. Hope you produce amazing tokays. Let me know if you produce I def want morphs like yours

As a Pacman frog and crestie guy now days that sounds so cool and id love to watch the family dynamic. Although I used to keep monitors and stuff in my younger years and just don’t have the will power or whatever to deal with the bites and atitudes anymore😂 although id love the challenge and have the time and knowledge i believe to slowly try to “tame” a tokay. Not pulling the trigger anytime soon tho.

Can’t believe you would spray that background in with your other parentheses pets that stuff is highly toxic and it smells horrible. I did it in my garage and it smelled for days laziness.
I'm not sure which one you used, but this one doesn't have any harmful odor nor did it leave any smell.
The morph tokay market fizzled out over the 10 years ago. You can’t sell CBB morphs for more than $2k. Realistically $1-1.5k. The cheap WC imported morphs saturated the market and keep prices low. Also the genes are a total crap shoot. Most of the tokay morphs are polygenic. They can’t be replicated like a recessive or co-dom gene. Good luck with your projects.
Unless you’re talking about common morphs like patternless certain rarer morphs you’ll struggle to even find a WC. Tokays in general aren’t the most popular so that would probably have more of an impact on prices than the market being flooded with WC morphs. The right collector though would be willing to pay those high prices. CCB tokays are much better pets and always going to be more desirable. My CBB tokay has the temperament of a bearded dragon or crested gecko which isn’t something you’ll find in a WC.

Lol, most tokays, even CBB are super defensive, quick to bite,and have enough bite pressure to break skin. MM is currently saturated with cheap, imported WC tokay morphs. There is ZERO market demand for morph tokays bro. Who the F*** wants to buy a tokay gecko for $1000+ that hides all day. NO ONE. L
