You have to upload all of them at once. If you count all your results and they’re 50 in all the three years, simply create 50 rows in scholar and upload them at once and do the final calculation, there’s no need to calculate per year.

If you’re applying for masters, please you have to use your bachelor’s degree results, if you’re going for undergraduate then you have to use your high school results
Why do you want to email them? Unless you’re a science or engineering student and you have a project that the professor would be interested in, there’s no need to email them.

If the competition rate for the embassy is very high then you can apply through the university track instead

FYI I checked all the default grading scales on scholaro, which is under my country, and none of them match with my University's grading system.
Please find one that has a similar 10 point scale and use that, like ugc 10-point or university of Mumbai 10-point .
