You attach your published papers at the section of awards and other certificates. If you can get your degree certificate by July I think you can apply. But you have to get a document certifying that your degrees is expected by July
Hi, thank you for the video, I just have question about the portfolio. I'm trying to understand how to attach it, I'm applying through the embassy track. In the application guideline page 18 it says that ''If a university requires additional documents (e.g., portfolio), applicants must submit those materials directly to the university''. As I understood if I, by any chance, get accepted for the second round, then I have to send the portfolio separately, right? I cannot attach it right away with all of the forms. Also when I go to the Hanyang university's given pdf file it says under submission method - Embassy Track: Post additional portfolio or materials directly to the university. So the question is - will they not accept my portfolio if I attach it with the files that I give to the embassy? Also, if a university doesn't mention anywhere that I have to submit portfolio, is it ok if I still add it?
Hi, the best thing you can do now is contact the universities you’re applying to through the embassy and ask them how you should submit the portfolio. I’m sure you can solve the problem that way

You don’t have to send three sets of documents to the university for this scholarship, however if you have to, then put arrange each set of documents like the way I taught, and put each set in 3 different envelopes, label them. Original documents and the other sets as copies. Then put all three envelopes into one big envelope. That’s it

Simple photocopies of documents like birth certificate, transcript and graduation certificates are not accepted. That’s why you have to make apostille of consular confirmations of those documents copies.

@ you have to apostille or consular confirm one copy each of those documents and use them as originals. You can’t submit your original certificates because you won’t get them back. That’s why Niied said you have to apostille or consular confirm a photo copy of those documents. After doing the authorization then you make extra three copies and submit to the embassy. Kindly read the guidelines I’m sure you’ll know which documents to apostille, as far as I know, you have to apostille degree certificate, transcript and your birth certificate. You have to fill your part of the form before you give it to your recommender. So your teacher or lecturer will write the recommendation letter. Fill his part of the form and put them all in an envelope, seal and sign across the flap.

Hi Lisa, I’ve responded to your question on Instagram, so please check it out. Originals: consular confirmed copies of Birth certificate, graduation certificate and transcript. Then make three photocopies of the consular confirmed copies. Don’t use your original documents because they’ll not be returned to you. Do one photo copy each of the documents I mentioned and consular confirm them as originals.

I think I already responded to this question earlier under another video. You must get your transcript from the school you attended for three years and graduated from. The waec exam is just something you write in your final year to complete school.
Please fill everything on the computer before printing them out. The parts that do not apply to you simply put N/A (not applicable) there. The only thing you’ll use a pen for is to sign

One of my options is Konkuk University, and they ask for a Portafolio. It is the only one that asks for a portafolio among the 3. It doesn’t matter, my surname is different from my Father’s. All that matters is that your father and mothers names are on your birth cert as your parents
Hello, choosing a university is your choice. You have to go through the university file and check the universities that offer the major you want to study. If you like their criteria you can choose to send your application documents there. The deadlines for each university is in the university file
Applicant/parents proof of citizenship and family relation document- so your citizenship document can be your birth certificate which indicates your parents names so you can use that as your proof of citizenship and family relation document, just add copies of your parents national identification cards or passport copies as their proof of citizenship

You can’t submit the documents through email. You have to post all the documents to the university you’re applying to or the embassy in your country if you’re applying through the embassy track

You can only choose three schools when applying through the embassy. So when you’re filling the forms and you select embassy track you just have out in the names of the universities chronologically, choice 1, choice 2, choice 3 and you have generalize the personal statement and study plan . After you print that whole application document and make three copies of them . So plus the original document makes four documents which you have parcel them all and post to the Korean embassy in your country. If you’re applying through the university track, you can only select one school. So you just have to fill and post one set of application documents

Unfortunately I don’t have an in-depth knowledge about what you’re asking. If their names on your birth certificate is the same on their identification card, then it’s not a problem . It doesn’t matter if your surname is different from your parent’s surname.

You can submit a provisional transcript and certificate which are consular confirmed or apostilled. If you get selected you have to submit consular confirmed or apostilled copies of your degree certificate or transcript. Don’t submit original documents because you won’t get it back. The authentication is called consular confirmation and it is done by the Korean embassy in your country so please contact them and inquire about how to go about it ok

Hi Lisa, I’ve responded to your question on Instagram, so please check it out. Originals: consular confirmed copies of Birth certificate, graduation certificate and transcript. Then make three photocopies of the consular confirmed copies. Don’t use your original documents because they’ll not be returned to you. Do one photo copy each of the documents I mentioned and consular confirm them as originals.

One of my options is Konkuk University, and they ask for a Portafolio. It is the only one that asks for a portafolio among the 3. You can only choose three schools when applying through the embassy. So when you’re filling the forms and you select embassy track you just have out in the names of the universities chronologically, choice 1, choice 2, choice 3 and you have generalize the personal statement and study plan . After you print that whole application document and make three copies of them . So plus the original document makes four documents which you have parcel them all and post to the Korean embassy in your country. If you’re applying through the university track, you can only select one school. So you just have to fill and post one set of application documents

It has to be hand signed on the letters and across the envelope flaps after the recommender seals the letter, so please find someone In your country to do it for you

Unfortunately I don’t have an in-depth knowledge about what you’re asking. If their names on your birth certificate is the same on their identification card, then it’s not a problem . It doesn’t matter if your surname is different from your parent’s surname.

You can submit a provisional transcript and certificate which are consular confirmed or apostilled. If you get selected you have to submit consular confirmed or apostilled copies of your degree certificate or transcript. Don’t submit original documents because you won’t get it back.
