Thanks for the video. So basically you're saying IxFP should use Fi less? I'm an INFP and am hard to work with indeed. Unless we're brainstorming and my Ne kicks in. Si is like a curse and Te is virtually non-existent most of the time (unless I manage to get myself to finally do something)

Follow the 80/20 rule. 80% Fi, 20% Te. They work in an axis and without Te, the INFP gets tribe hate and abandoned by people. And INFP also likes working with people and no one wants to work with a selfish person. Fi focuses too much on self and balance is required to be healthy. The ENFPs and ISTJs have Fi and Te in the middle so they don't have this problem.

yes....like put your Fi aside and let Te lead you...i know it sounds confusing but setting aside what your values or feelings aside makes it easy working or dealing with others
