Thank you sooo much for this video! You are so easy to follow and this pattern is so simple. I am a beginner and was struggling to complete a project until I found you! I have made several fish scrubbies!
So I just made one, stopping the video several times, and going back and watching it again to see where I messed up. I probably got my count off or something right at the get-go. I'm not using the same yarn you used, which might be the issue. I had some Yarn Bee Scrub-Ology 2.0 from Hobby Lobby, the kind that I call hairy yarn. LOL It's thinner than yours, I think. It formed itself into a little bowl when I finished, which will be fine. My fingers fit up into the curl and it stays on my hand pretty well when I'm using it, so I'd say I didn't fail completely. If it works it's not a fail, right? 🙂
Interesting! I haven't tried that yarn yet, but would have thought it would get a similar result since I assume it is a little stiff like the stitch soak scrub yarn. It is a very different structure though, so maybe it comes out quite different. I'll have to try it myself because now I'm curious! :D Glad you can still use it even if its a little wonky! Thanks for taking the time to comment!
@@caabcrochet I would LOVE to see a video if you use it. I think the main problem with this one is that I should have done a few more rows...or maybe I wasn't doing the tension right in the ones I did. It worked OK this morning, but I could tell it needed to be a smidgin bigger.
