You won’t be able to book a table for 4 in advance of boarding, but once in the ship, you’ll have no problem reserving tables for 4. We went back on Arvia over Christmas and they’ve changed some of the booking procedures. The Keel and Cow, The Glasshouse are both reserved via the app on board. That allows you to select the number of people at the table. The same is true for the main restaurants if you have booked freedom dining. From a room perspective, if you’re on different decks, you can call your friends via the room phone. You just dial the room number.
@@kinganzelak I was tempted to go on that one. I’ve always wanted to do a transatlantic crossing. I think it will be excellent. The ship is literally a resort on its own.
That’s interesting, thanks for the heads up. We tried The Beach House on P&O Azura, and the food wasn’t good. We covered that in another video. We’re actually going back on Arvia for Christmas, so we’ll give it a try for sure.

Nice birthday treat Steven yummy desert, very enjoyable and informative vlog, thank you for sharing.
I will be on the ARVIA very soon now and much appreciated this video on restaurants choice on the cruise ship….👏👏
We are back on for Christmas! Can’t wait, she’s a brilliant ship!
Both of you looking great. Food and restaurants look fab. What a lovely way to start the day; the heckle queue bypass as you head for breakfast! 😂
Almost need a referee for the queues, we got hecklers as standard 🤣🤣🤣 thanks Alan!
Great review , we are off on the Arvia on the 25 th looking forward to all your recommendations,
Glad you enjoyed it. Have a great time! We are hoping to go back on her again later this year.
PS, I’m just working on the full tour video, hopefully have it finished this week.
Loving it 💕, happy belated birthday 🎉 thanks for including beautiful Rosie
Awe, thanks 🙏 gradually easing Josie into the camera 😀 she doesn’t like being in front of it.
Excellent information thank you-we have booked a cruise on this ship and really looking forward to it. Thanks again. Alan and Cheryl -Plymouth
You’re welcome ☺️ We’re hoping to go back on her later this year. She’s a fantastic ship. The dining options are amazing.
Haha I also immediately thought of Arrival when I saw that piece of art. Great minds and all that.
I bet that artist was inspired 😆
Thank you very much for sharing my friend.
You’re so welcome. Hope you’re having a wonderful day!
Thanks so much for the information we are on her tomorrow for 2 weeks. New fan here keep travelling my friend ❤️
Have a wonderful time! We really enjoyed it, it’s an amazing ship!
Love the reference to the film Arrival, I thought that too!
Love the film! Surely the artist was influenced/inspired?
@@TheTravellingScotsman Same here, it was a fantastic film. I shall try and enquire on whom the artist is when I board the Arvia next month!
@@Wham0 let me know if you find out 😀
Thanks for tip. Any ideas on group booking? As another couple are joining us on same cruise but separate cruise booking. Tia 🙏

Cheers for this mate. Go on Arvia (my first cruise) this Saturday so good to have some info beforehand :)
You’re welcome. We had an amazing time on Arvia. I’m sure you’ll really enjoy it! Are you doing the repositioning back to the UK?
@@TheTravellingScotsman Exactly that one, yes. Potentially not the best choice for a first time cruiser but I'm sure I'll be fine :D

@@dougie5049 no problem. There’s other bars around the ship that are included, offer mainly burgers, pizza, etc. the list is the main restaurants.
Ye, that's fine
We go on mid July with kids
Think I'll do 2 or 3 fancy (keel and cow looks a must) then remainder will play by ear
