There is no lore, there is no story. Dev's stopped baking 'emotion' into the games a couple years ago. Now we get what we get. Unfinished, barren wastelands to explore with no meaning. AI should just come and take over at this point. Teams are now too big to care and do things coherently/efficiently. To them, it's just another project.

Ultra hand is based in UltraMan, UltraSeven and they also had telecinese powers so there is nothing to do with the force.
Ultrahand was a physical toy Nintendo made years before they made video games. I only used the force as a reference.
