Looking to get the 7' M intenza for general duty spinning rod stuff such as weightless tx rigs and wacky rigs... normally I'm a St Croix guy, but want to branch out a bit and these rods are at my preferred price point. What's your thoughts? Thx bro
How do you like this rod compared to others rod series? I got the 7’2 Medium Heavy Fast casting rod and I find that the sensitivity feels a lot different than the rest of my rods. It’s my first 7’2 MHF, so i’m not sure if it’s the size or if it’s the rod that I’m not used to. It’s still sensitive but just feels more dull to me. Thoughts?

I adore my SLX’s but personally I would take this rod over the SLX any day. The only thing the SLX excels at in comparison is the range of rods in the SLX lineup is massive compared to the INTENZA. Much more chances at finding your perfect rod in the SLX lineup but if you’re looking for a model that is also made in the INTENZA, I would definitely choose it.
@@chrisvandermeulen2936 ohhhh great question. Zodias and Expride are also fantastic…. Tough call. If money is not an issue, get yourself the Expride, by far my favourite rod for the price.
I purchased an Intenza 7’ ML on sale. Matched it with my Ultegra and WOW! My favorite and most comfortable product fish with. I like it better than my $250+ Dobyns Champion! Thanks for the recommendation!!

Great review. Do you have any idea how it compares to the SLX A? Does the cork justify the $60 difference?

Ive got a curado dc on a 7’6” MH Fast action . I’m loving it. Smooth casts . 15- 18lb. fluorocarbon line.
