First, limiting the number of hunters who can move after the monster attacks doesn't seem logical, especially in a four-player game where everyone is fighting a monster together. After the monster attacks, it should be expected that all hunters get a chance to retaliate. Additionally, capping the number of cards that hunters can play is problematic. With the stamina board in place, it makes more sense to allow hunters to choose how to spend their cards based on their strategy, regardless of how many they need to play. Limiting hunters to only two or three cards per turn feels arbitrary and undermines their decision-making. I’d appreciate any clarification on these mechanics, as they seem to detract from the overall experience.

If you're blonde and got blue eyes, you should breed with someone like that to have blue eyed blonde babies because its very rare.
