    Thank you so much for adding more primitives shapes like the cube, cylinder, and tourus in this new update.

      No problem! I saw no reason to add them initially, since I thought they were no use for organic modeling. But after making mecha preset in Blobs Library - new primitives can be fun to use.

    Disappointed at first when the explanation stopped for a timelapse, now I think I probably learned more about the methodology than if it was a fully commented video (which generally doesn't allow the creator to go fully focused on what he's doing). Incredibly valuable video !
    Now I understand it a bit better, I still have a long way to go though.
    Originally bought this one after you said on a mail that it could help you keeping updates free for everyone, and since I didn't buy anything from you since hair tools and garment tools, I thought it was only fair to do so. But I wasn't ready for how incredibly that addon was ! I don't think it gets the recognition and the fame it deserves yet (at least for the gigantic potential it shows).
    Such a great addition to have some rougher shapes to work with, sure organic shapes should be the main focus, but a mix of the two is quite common in sculpting, so I can only be happy with this update !
    My only fear now is that you could stop one day to maintain your amazing addons, that would make me depressed ... Don't let them die, even if that means you have to make us pay for updates !
    I'm of the silent ones, hence why I'm a bit loud right now (and annoying and a bit ridiculous to read I guess ^^), so as you won't see me commenting or expressing myself any time soon, I'll take this opportunity to thank you for the addons you've done for so little money. Thanks for all that ! It's not only convenient tools, it also brings sparks of motivation for my depressed artist heart. Thanks !

      Thanks for the kind words. As mentioned in the first part: I mostly use Duplicate (or extrude) > Rotate > Scale so there was not much to talk about (maybe except anatomy, but there are lots of resources about that). With skipped narration, video was shorter (average user view duration is still 2min only... Maybe shorts are the way to go...) . I will keep support my addons as long as possible (I already support most of them for few years now). Sorry to hear about your depression, I heard going outside to touch the grass helps (if I feel drained/down - I go on bike or do some gardening ;) . And keep posting, messages like yours help to boost my motivation too :)

      I developed the BFusion because: blender skin modifier works only for very simple blockout, the meatballs are not fun to use, and zbrush is subscription now so I do not want to pay for it, and all Signed Distance Fields focus mostly of hard surface. So there was nothing that seem I can use.

    This is awesome, Bart. Does anyone call you Bart? Probably not, haha. Anyway I'm so glad I got this add-on in the "Everything Bundle" and am excited to model my own character now!

      Thanks for your support to. At beginning blobs cant take some time to get used to. But after that u should be able to sketch out ideas faster.

    Would be cool if it allowed not only the primitives shapes but closed polygonal shapes aswell, substance modeller kinda supports that

      using Signed distance fields for meshing, polygonal object was actually the first thing I did two years ago, but the performance was bad. we’ll see if it is any better now

    look, it's that it works.. but do people always want to create the wheel again when we actually just need to enhance and upgrade and update the wheel we already have?
    There are plenty pre-made figures we can use for games without paying anything just by mentioning that we used an addon in blender or maya.. or even just pay the license for daz characters or iclone, reallusion etc.. it also comes with clothing you can freely modify as long as you really modify it good and right.
    We dont need blob fusion, maybe inside a game it would be a funny thing.. but since 2009, when I started, game dev and 3d design got easier and easier.. and the hardware to achieve great things better and cheaper..
    Anyways, good result but let's not forget that we all have a running system for free to try out, we dont need to re-invent it.

      Wait, what's your problem with this thing? The issue is that we can already make characters in Blender and so the addon is unneeded? I don't see the issue with more alternative ways of creating things. Some users may find it easier to use blobs to create base meshes and stuff; I can already see how creating cartoony characters would be easier since they're already softer or rounded shapes.

      Many people do want this workflow, as it is similar to how they worked in zbrush. You can look on his page and see that people have bought it and given positive reviews.

      plus guess where some of Reallusion Hair presets were mad in? In Hair Tool (my other blender addon). Some people use Garment Tool to make clothes for reallusion shop too. And some people want to make character - no for game, but just for fun of the creation. And some people will just click generate button, to make character with AI and that is ok too.

      nope. Extension wont work with blender below 4.2. For older blender - just stay on current Blob Fusion (1.5.5) - do not update to 1.6
