One thing I love is a good salad. The thing I love about salads is that you can make it your own. The perfect salad is filled with a little bit of all your favorite foods. This salad is fresh crunchy, healthy, and packed with plant-based protein. Homemade dressing takes this salad to the next level.
Ingredients for dressing:
Olive oil
1 lemon
Tahini
1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
Salt
Black pepper
2 garlic cloves
1/4 yellow onion
2 Medjool dates
water as needed
Air Fried Chickpeas ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
Paprika
Cayenne pepper
garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper
Nutritional yeast
Grapeseed oil

Beautiful salad. With everything cut up so small I use a spoon so I can get it all. Forks and salads for me just don't go well together.
