    I have a 2000 G20. You're dope! This helps so much! Hopefully I have no other issues than just my power steering. This is definitely going to save me money! Can't wait to finally fix my baby! Thank you!

    Thanks! Watched the full video. I'm going to try to replace the hose and see how that works...if it keeps leaking I'm just gonna pay my friend. Great things about videos like these are they show me the extent of the labor. Thank ya so much for the video.

    I recently got a 2000 g20 and while I don't need to replace my power steering hose I do certainly appreciate your videos! thank you!

    Thanks SO MUCH FOR THE VIDEO. WITH THIS and a little more research I replaced my power steering high pressure hose. You also need the correct washers, 4 just for the power steering hose. I saved a ton of money and invented something in the process. So I can't thank you enough!!!! This video was my main help. BTW, this is not an easy repair you should have a lot of tools for this.

      Any chance you still know the part number for the HPPS hose??

    I really appreciate this video. It was the only one we could find that helped. We got everything on okay, no leaks but still not working. There's a chance we might have reversed those two little lines held on with hose clamps. Does it matter if we did? Don't know if you're still around but, again, thanks for the video.

    I'm curious around 7:50 where you are tightening the adjuster bolt for PS bracket...did you loosen the what you call the stud for the tensioner beforehand? I am having trouble & going righty for loosey for belt seems to make the belt tighter?

    • @ERICSDIYGARAGE
      @ERICSDIYGARAGE  4 роки тому

      make sure that the bolt on the side is loosened than try to remove tension. i had a hard time with mine to it could be that over time it got stuck hit it with a hammer to try to break it loose

      @@ERICSDIYGARAGE Thanks, I got the stud for the tensioner (goes through "block") loose at the beginning & was able to move the adjustment bolt which also goes through the "block". Things were turning, but nothing was moving. Ultimately, I had to break the pivot bolt with head near the oil filter loose. Once that happened, things moved & the belt finally loosened. Thanks again for your reply!

    You should make a video showing how you installed the air filter/intake

    That pump looks way easier than the earlier SR20 where the oil filter housing is right above the power steering pump. On my AWD P10 Primera, I can barely see it from underneath.

      A year late reply sorry but I need info about that car. I've looked very little about them. What's the official name for that version of the p10?
