we got our kittens from the woodside animal centre, which is a leicestershire rspca branch. we reserved them a week before we could take them home, and we visited them after we first reserved them in the middle of the week, which was super cute! definitely adopt, not shop.

E M yes! They used to run away from us but now they love us! Layla has chosen my boyfriend as her favourite and Poppy has chosen me. Poppy is sleeping next to me as I’m typing and Layla is sleeping on my boyfriend’s legs. It took a while for them to get comfortable and they still run away and hide when we have visitors. But they’re so incredibly affectionate with us now, always jumping on the bed and giving us morning cuddles and everything. It might take time but once they trust you, it’ll be SO worth it. Wouldn’t have had it any other way and the connection we have with them is amazing 💛 just be patient! ☺️

Varsha ours were extremely scared of us at first for a month or two so please don’t feel like they don’t like you at first! Give them time to get used to you/the new environment and let them go at their own pace. I promise they’ll love you for changing their life for the better and giving them a forever home. 💕 you’ll be their favourite person forever.
