- I'm going to share something with you that will make you love your Google Home or Google Hub soooooo much more.
I can't really remember how I found out about this, but I've been using it for years and there is no way I could go back to the old way of using my Google Home.
This setting is compatible with the Google Nest Hub, Google Home as well as Google Home Mini.
Let me know what you think in the comments section.
Do you prefer this setting or did you give it a try and prefer "Continued Conversation" turned off?

This is perfect. Thank you so much for this video, we get sick of saying those two words every time we want to ask a question. Google will occasionally tell us there is more on other websites she's found and will ask if we want to hear it. Have always said thank you to her, though.
I've put sound effects on so I don't start turning on everyone's Google Mini's, Home's, and Hubs.

was wearing headphones but ty
That was extremely helpful, so thankyou Mr Easy DIY Projects Man.
P.S. I am really liking how clear & at ease you talk in you video's. 🤔👍😀
Thanks for the support SingleRacer. Glad you enjoyed the video. Looking forward to hearing if you make the change and what you think.
How do I turn it off from repeating my commands? Like for instance, when I tell Google to turn off the lights it always do it then repeat what it does
This has always annoyed the hell out of me like just do a beep or something like Alexa
The best you can do is turn down the volume or turn on night/do not disturb mode.
Was this not a setting once upon a time?
Thank you! Can I stop my Google Nest Hub from repeating what I ask? In other words, when I say: "hey Google, turn off the bedroom light," I just really want it to do the command and not say: "turning off the bedroom light." Thanks for your help!
OK understood
You can also say "Hey Boo Boo"
WTF
why is not working for me?
Does anyone know how to mute responses when telling a nest mini to play a song, turn on a light etc? ... It's so loud and I did it once. Can't figure it now.
How many Seconds does it wait?
TY
That's brilliant. I only wish my google home would recognise the phone app that I have. It's all been set up a dozen times and it doesn't even know it's in the room or the world. It's driving me nuts. It worked for years, then one day it just stopped. Now it just tells me that it's not set up on my phone. Give me a hand, I'm in Brisbane.
And what if it doesnt work? Please answer!
This is not smart 🤦🏽♂️becose when you gonna talk with your friends google gonna talk everytime thats dump but yeah it is enoying but i cant even talk on the phone like this
💩

Glad your happy with the change Paul. It makes the Google Home so much more useful. Cheers.
