Agreed. Is she a saint, no, not even close but lets not forget that people in that town treated her like shit even before they knew anything about her specific involvement in the war. Half the town would have been dead hadn't it been for her, she's the only doctor around and it's not like she has anything or anyone in town to make her not want to leave and frankly, after what they did to her in the first episode of season 3, I'm surprised she DIDN'T leave :/
