- This is what happened when I tried to make a BLT sandiwich with the Dash Mini Griddle. It is actually better to toast both halves of the English Muffin in the mini griddle at once instead of separately.

It did not burn the English muffin. It did not burn the Canadian bacon. What is amazing. It does a real nice job.

The griddle has an automatic off to lower the temperature periodically so that's the reason your second toast wasn't done right at first.
Nice sandwich!! Tip, they recommend not using metal utensils to flip food on griddle as could scratch non-stick surface.

Thank you for this video and the others showing eggs being cooked... these appliances seem too small to be useful enough to take up valuable space in my Prius, but the ONE meal I miss dearly is a simple breakfast sandwich - Spam (or ham), egg, and cheese on an English Muffin (or bagel), which I could literally eat every single day and never tire of. I've been anguishing over how to make good toast without needing a single-use appliance like the bulky toaster. This video (and some of your others I've been marathon'ing) shows me I can make my beloved breakfast successfully. I feel like crying happy tears!
Thanks for watching. Wow! That's an amazing deal on a Dash Mini 4pk! I've found that air fryers make great toast as well as the Dash Mini Toaster Oven, but it's definitely possible to make toast in a Dash Minis also.

yes. it’s better to have more than one of these small appliances. I use my dash griddles as toasters since i don’t have a toaster. 👍😁

just get the hamilton beach breakfast sandwhich maker you can make the sandwhich all together in 6 minutes rather than waiting 3 minutes for this to cook and 2 minutes for that to cook etc, this Dash one takes longer
Ana Banana Yes, there are many other ways and methods but that’s not the point of this video. This video illustrates how to do this on a Dash Mini Griddle.
True but this can be used with a tiny camping pot to boil canned veggies.
Can "bake" a cookie
cook a burger
make grilled cheese
make pancakes
Etc.

I agree! I don't like English muffins because I think they are so dry ... I would be definitely slathering both side of that muffin with Dukes!

There is a difference between pea meal bacon and what Americans refer to as Canadian bacon. There are several different kinds of bacon.

If you want the bagel toasted put it in the toaster.
You can't do that if you don't have a toaster and this mini griddle is the only cooking appliance you have.
Well your bacon was cooking you could’ve popped your English muffin in your wide slot toaster they’d be ready at the same time
I don't have a wide slot toaster. The entire point of this video is to show what you can cook with only a Dash Mini Griddle.
Yikes! Scraping that fork on the grill and plate was the equivalent of scraping fingernails on a chalkboard! I wanted to watch this but couldn't get past all your scraping. Sorry!
