LED TV WHITE DISPLAY PROBLEM HOW TO FIX

it's a 32 inch led tv with a problem of white display only when I open the cover of this tv I found the cof on the top board are having some issues like omido or something like rust and some terminal s is not fully joint together it's not connected to it's corresponding terminal so I dismantle the cof and clean thoroughly and manually bond it again then it fix the problems and the tv 8s having display again...
