I'm using these in place of buttons. They'll probably get some abuse opening a shirt or slacks. Will the adhesive tolerate a lot of stress?

So... Why wouldn't I just use pressure sensitive adhesive/VHB tape for ANY of the applications here besides the E-ZPass (which already works fine with the supplied competitor product).

Removal may prove challenge? False I used it on my pelican to hood bags and it just rips off the bag. The sticky sucks and never holds
